Riverside, Alexandria VA

Thank you to the entire staff at Riverside! Thank you for all your hard work and doing the best you can especially with everything going on. I know it’s not easy to deal with such a large community! I just wanted to give a shout out!

Water never works in this complex. It is horrible. I stopped keeping track. Plus the emergency maintenance option just leads you in circles back to the main menu.

I would like to take a lead to write feedback to recognize this communuty managment & staff specially Beza Shibeshi Assistant General Manager amazing work & help regarding my sister's apartment application. My sister like friend is moving from another state and it's not easy just to move but it's like welcoming a lot of challenges. Among many of them, the major one was finding HOME, but Beza you & Bozzuto Management made it easy on her by providing tremendous assistance and help.

Today we are celebrating Eid (Holly Festival) and we could not have a better news than this that she got Home in one of my favorite communities Riverside and Bozzuto management. Trust me it never surprises me when you & your staff delivers exceptional services to your clients. As a bozzuto Resident I would highly recommand this community to make it your Home!

It has been 3rd week since I started living.
My apartment is renovated per management in 2013 (not sure but around this year)
It looks fairly new and clean.
Price is awesome. Finally, NO PEST! This is very important to me. Trash area is also clean and they clean hall way every week. I hear them vacuum on the hallway in the morning.

As for the management, very impressive. They were friendly from the start and still friendly right now. If you request something, they give it on the same day. For example, my door lock was not working very well, and they fixed it on the day I requested. Took them about an hour. If I had question, I call them, then they give answers and yet still friendly.

I was planning on moving to Arlington after a year, but I am going to stay for 3 years now (my job).

I live here for more than a year. I love here because it is clean and secured community. Plenty of amenities and very welcoming lobby. My experience was awesome in building 3. Because When you request something and need to get fix the maintenance department will be there right away. During school season there’s 2 school bus stops locations on the side of building 1, it is very convenient. When my family need some walking exercise. Since the gym is not available at the moment due to Covid 19, there is walking trail by the river. We love the sunset and the view over there.
This community is in renovation right now. I can’t wait to get it done and to experience the luxury of this community.
Now we are here at the building 2. We moved to 2 bedroom unit now so far so good, easy to find parking spot. Except this one shipping company they refuse to use to take the bed frame and head board that we order because they said it won’t fit in the freight elevator. We are on the sixth floors so we don’t know how to get it up.

I've had a great experience! Alma Fuentes was my leasing agent and she was extremely helpful. She helped me find a great apartment and answered all my questions. Everyone has been super friendly, even the other residents. Riverside is a great place to live.

I lived at Riverside for more than four years and I enjoyed my time as a resident. The staff always treated me with respect and always came up with activities and events for the residents. I definitely enjoyed the food trucks during the warm months as well as the social gatherings in the clubhouse. The maintenance staff was very professional and always responded promptly to my requests for service. I also loved the location although it can get very windy being so close to the Potomac. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the Alexandria/NOVA region.

I’ve been living here for 5 months and love the people that work here! The package room has been hectic with this pandemic and I was stressed with a lost package and Christal and Lizette in the package room were so helpful in helping me locate it and set up the concierge service! They really made the process easy!

The leasing office representative is so rude! I was really interested in the apartment but he was answering my question in such a condescending way! He was even making fun of me. Our conversation was only on the phone so am guessing he was just having a bad day. I wish I had his name so that I can mention it here because clearly it’s not fair. Leasing representatives, please be respectful! It’s your job to answer questions correctly even if you don’t feel like it.

I have only been living here for 4 days and I love it so far! I am so far the other complex choice was incompetent or else I would have had no reason to find this gem. The customer service thus far has been amazing! I had three service requests that I submitted on Sunday and all three were completed efficiently on Monday! Manny is very personable and professional. Thanks to those who I have worked with thus far. Beza, Barbara!

4 years ago, My ex moved in early to his apartment in riverside and left bunch of his stuff clothing and items. Next weekend he returns (from Norfolk) and everything was gone! No trace even his two family portraits just disappeared. Strangest thing ever riverside paid what they thought all was worth and his insurance got involved. No one ever disclosed what happened to his stuff or who cleaned or took it. From a locked apartment.
-Now in 2020 I hear packages are going missing or lost once delivered to mail room. I don’t miss this place!

Crissy in the package room is awesome! She goes above and beyond for the residents here! She is always so friendly and informative and will help you find your packages if they are lost. She is a valuable employee!
