I was visiting my friends and they ask me to pay $1 each hour that’s crazy I never seen this kind of thing before!
If I spend all day I have to pay $ 12
I don’t recommend for everyone to live here!
My friend also trying to move at the end of this month!

Poor Service Poor Management, alot of Friendly's Roaches! And they charge Guests parking $1 per hour.this is an acceptable. If you sign lease Here you will miss your Move out day. Am not recommend this place 100%. Am gonna move out March. Please Befor you sign Read the lease and ask about Guest parking.

Im so happy that the CIM has a great employees like Feleke Bezabeh, Ñikole.and Chaty who are so helpful and knows their job.
Specially Mr. Feleke is always going above and beyond to assist the resident. Also him bieng
multilingual made the residents to get the service they are requesting in a timily maner.

The worst management and customer service I ever seen in my entire life. No one is responsible any questions that you ask for. They don't know how to handle the business the only reason I stay the location is close to my work place.

My car was towed Delete
Last weekend I visited my son in Graham tower and asked the front desk for a parking permit for 2 days.i put the permit in my car.then on Sunday I wake up and I didn't find my car. I found out that my car was towed. I was surprised because I assumed that my car has a permit for the 2 days. When I called the manger she said they issue the pass for one day only. Then why the receptionist didn't inform me that the permit was for only one day and we should go the second day to take a New permit.unfortunately, i paid $180 to get my car back.it seems that the building employee is doing some business with the towing company.

I wouldn’t recommend that my worst enemy live here. This has got to be THE ABSOLUTE WORST place to live in. The new management, bell partners, has absolutely no respect for their customers/leasees/renters. I truthfully feel as though they take the extra mile in ensuring that you are hurt in every single way possible. As long as they get their money, they don’t care about either your well-being or that your BASIC NEEDS expected from an apartment are met. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

This place is the worst to live they have roaches rats and oh lord don’t have a leak my apartment flooded so bad I had 3 feet of water in my apartment water was coming out the sockets and the manager change is the last person to ask for help he doesn’t help me with anything give me 0$ for $4000 dollars worth of damaged furniture and China I will never recommend any one to live here they don’t want to pay you nothing for the damages they cause all they want is to transfer you to a new apartment I do have all my print receipt My daughter sick too I went to Emergency 6 days we are out home because them people work on the apartment. If any one. Evidence I do have the picture and the video feel free

The General manager in the leases building has the worst costumer services, rude all the time, this guy answer in the wrong way and he don't have any respect for Resident. The corporate office have to follow up specifically our management

Oh boy the staff is under train from leasing Department all the way to the front desk.

Went to get an information about renting an appointment there but the person who works there seems lack of service mind. Bad attitude towards customer and that made me felt like I’m bagging her to let me move in. They need to train those people in the leasing office to realize that their salary comes from the people who walk in to their doors! And I don’t want any automatically reply from the management saying ‘thank you for let us know ‘ or ‘we sorry to hear that’ now you hear it.just do it better!

I am giving this Community a 2 stars mainly in part due to the rude service I received upon entry of the Leasing office. As I entered the office the Leasing Consultant “female” and very pregnant immediately greeted me. She was walking up the stairs to exit the office however she stated someone will be with you. She walked out and we sat down. There were 2 gentlemen in the office sitting at desks.

The one person to the right back computer had a white T-Shirt on and I am assuming he may have been a Resident because he never looked up. The 2nd gentleman was obviously an employee and his desk was directly behind (2nd desk on the left) the female Leasing Consultant. NEITHER of them said a word to me. They both pretended no one was in the office and I was clearly sitting 7 ft from where they both were sitting.

After sitting for 3 -4 minutes the female Consultant came back through the door and she could barely walk. She walked to her desk and immediately said How can I help you. The male Leasing Consultant NEVER looked up. She began her sales spill and she was very nice. She began conversing with the female and she asked him if he wanted to take me to the apartment and he answered no in their native language and then said in English no I’m busy. I was immediately floored with his level of disregard upon walking in and never being addressed by him. He was clicking on the computer every few seconds staring at the computer pretending he was busy.

We proceeded to the apartment and again that poor Consultant could barely walk due to her late pregnancy. However, it didn’t stop her from doing her job.

After touring the apartment we walked back in and again the same gentleman pretended to be busy while 4 persons were sitting in the chairs as you walk in. He never addressed them and he made no attempt to help the prospective residents. He waited until the Leasing Agent finished with me and still never looked up. Finally as I was closing one of the guys sitting waiting finally got up to go and speak with him. As I walked out he gave the prospects to the female that could barely walk while he was sitting doing nothing. Unbelievable!

The long and the short to this is I have NEVER seen such disrespect and disregard in my life as it relates to Property Management. He needs to be removed from the front line of greeting guests. Clearly he has no intentions of helping anyone.

I felt sorry for the Leasing Agent and I will be sending notification to the home office in NC. This is completely unacceptable and should never be tolerated from staff. Such a rude experience and I am only contemplating renting because of the female that finally helped. I work in property management and this behavior is absurd and completely unacceptable.

If you want roommates with the mice welcome to Southern towers APT. The Managerment is terrible and You can hardly get service. I have been recently repeatedly reported abut mice in my apartment and I have not get service yet or solution. The managment does not care about resident at all.

The worst experience from front desk lady. She is totally rude, the office stuff and building manager is always helpful but I won’t come to the front desk while that person is available.

February 22/2019 I would like to share my (2) years’ experience of living at Southern Towers Apartment in Alexandria. I have never felt safer or happier to come home to my spectacular views of DC and watching the planes land at Reagan National Airport. You are always greeted with a welcoming smile from which ever concierge person was on duty. The security staff was always friendly willing to answer any questions you might have. The summertime I will always remember sitting around the pool sunbathing and spending time playing with my grand kids in the parks and different play areas. There are several large outdoor bar-ba-q pits and picnic benches. Just seeing everyone enjoying their family and friend always made you forget what’s going on in the world. I truly loved my apartment the size and spacious windows, closets and size of the kitchen. Guess you can sum up my stay as charming experience. My family need my help and that is why I ended by stay at the best apartment in Alexandria and maybe one day I will return.

"My electric went out in my kitchen about 9pm last night, and someone came and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. I am so thankful. " Also they have provided me additional assistance with several tasks going above and beyond. It really feels like home living in this warm community.

After being a resident for almost a year, today they have given me the new rent prices for re-leasing a studio. Turns out, I would be paying for a studio that stinks of cigarette smoke and weed "thanks" to a neighbor more than a new resident would pay for a 1 bedroom apartment. The truth is, management only cares for money. They'll keep jacking up the rent price until you can't afford it and need to leave, and a new resident will come in and it starts all over again. I'd know - they raised my rent around $150 when a re-leased last year.

If you wanna save money and an easy commute, rent here. Otherwise, get out! Hopefully I'll find a new place in time to not rent here anymore.

Edit: I have been standing by the manager's office for 40 minutes to talk about my lease. A cockroach walked over my shoe, but the manager is nowhere to be seen. Welcome to Southern Towers!

Between the rude people that live here, the constant struggle not to get hit by everyone driving here, the elevators always being out of service, the smell of weed 24/7 and hearing the rats crawling through the wall, it's hard to justify living here.

Issac, Monticello Building Manager is very nice person. A person of Management! Very cooperative and attentive to resolve issues. He hears you!
