The Everett, Roanoke VA

I love my apartment and Jasmine made the experience so easy and smooth. I would refer my family and friends to apply. The area is nice and quiet. I can’t wait until the pool opens

I may not have had the best experience living in these apartments especially just recently when my heat wasn’t working and no one was able to come fix It or respond to me, however Chris with the maintenance team decided to get right on it & came to fix it on Christmas Day & I can say he did an excellent job. I’m not going to say you shouldn’t rent here but I will say if you decide to & encounter any issues than I would recommend you ask for chris as I’m sure he’ll do a good job & will make your stay here at the Everett a little better. 5 stars for this specific experience!

Nice apartments but if you have babies or toddlers, I wouldn't suggest moving here or you'll get harassed, screamed at and threatened by neighbors constantly because kids are expected to be 100% quiet here and walk on egg shells.

Absolutely love living here! Everyone is nice, the apartments are comfortable and clean, and maintenance reacts in a timely manner. I frequently walk to the park that is just a stone's throw away or I can easily head over to the Kroger. Even when our car broke down everything we needed was within walking distance! The only thing that could possibly improve is an easy way to set up/join complex-wide events.

I’ve had a wonderful experience so far, Tiffany was so nice and helpful and answered all my millions of questions, and as soon as I had a maintenance issue Robert came very quickly and was very nice and fixed my problem! Very happy with my decision to move here

My husband and I were looking for a new apartment and the staff at The Everett were super helpful and amazing in assisting us.

My family came by looking for apartment options from where we are now and fell in love with the beautiful property. We havent been here in a few years and the new remodel looks amazing. Kayla in the office was very informative and was super helpful!

Love this property and location, close to many places and downtown yet set back in a nook away from it all. The staff is always responsive, courteous and when there has been a concern, I feel I've always been heard. The property is cared for and maintenance is always quick to respond to work orders, resulting in a great job done when completed!

Super courteous staff! Knowledgeable about the area, clean and orderly grounds/leasing office as well as a beautifully remodeled swimming pool with outdoor deck. Kayla was incredibly helpful and professional the whole time while walking through leasing options. 10/10 would recommend

I just recently moved here at the beginning of August! Derick went above and beyond to work with me to get me moved in before I had to return to work! I absolutely love it here! I find it calm and peaceful!

Kayla is one of the best managers I’ve worked with. Whenever I have a question or problem she is on it. She does what she says she will do and her communication is on point. She made a very stressful situation so much more tolerable. Thank you again for everything!
