The Reserve at Town Center, Sterling VA

Great place if you’re not worried about Lyme disease, because they don’t care to let ticks run rampant, especially around their drainage pond!

We really do love it here, lived in one of the apartments for 5years and didn't want to leave.we had to transfer to a bigger apartment in the same complex.

We really enjoyed our stay at Reserve at Town Center. Its a beautiful and clean community. All staff members are very kind and supportive. Katelyn Nassoiy is the best manager at Reserve at Town Center. She always supports from leasing process, resident portal setup, maintenance tickets. She make sure that maintenance tickets are resolved within a day or two. We really love to refer this community to all my friends and family. Reserve at Town Center - a great place to live and build beautiful memories:)

Great community my mom has lived here a few years and I love how amazing the office staff is and the maintenance team they work so quickly and are very caring!

The staff at RTC are all amazing! The property manager, Katelyn, is very polite, always welcoming, always has a smile on her face and is extremely helpful when I have questions. The maintenance team is very quick to respond to issues. They are always courteous and professional. The landscaping is stunning. We love the courtyard with the gazebo. The location of the complex is perfect with plenty of shopping areas within a short driving distance. We have really enjoyed the 5 years living here so far!

There is mouse in the community and enter the house very often, they have pest control come every 2 weeks and they will not go to every house in the list. So you have to wait sometimes for 4 weeks to get the mouse out of the house.

We really like this apartment complex. We have had no pest or maintenance issues, no issues with appliances, and all the staff is very friendly and helpful! The grounds are great, there’s a beautiful courtyard and lots of walking trails. The location isn’t the best if you don’t have a car, but it is central to a lot of shopping and things to do if you are able to drive or have transportation. Overall, we’re really pleased!

This neighborhood is a gorgeous, tranquil,
and family-oriented setting that is
meticulously maintained. The surroundings
are so stunning that it feels like a luxurious
resort, boasting top-notch amenities like a
Peloton room and a fully-equipped gym. The
staff at the leasing office is exceptionally
helpful and accommodating, attending to
both your needs as a tenant and as a person.
Amidst the pandemic, they showed kindness
and understanding, helping to alleviate any
tension. Furthermore, the location is
unbeatable, surrounded by plentiful
shopping, dining options, schools, and
transportation. The community provides
amenities that surpass those of most other
residential areas.

If your on the search for home and are lucky to have an availability with them please take my advice and don't miss out.

I've been living at this property for about two years now and I cannot say enough great things about the staff. Maintenance requests are always taken care of quickly, the building is pretty spotless! The staff members in the office are always helpful and assisted me with anything I need and they are great at communicating! Overall a great property. Best place to live

Keana in the leasing office is fantastic! She helped complete my moving process, so the transition was smooth and successful. She was accommodating and informative about everything that I needed to provide to meet the requirements for The Reserve at TownCenter.

Love this place already. It looks and feels clean! Ms krystle and Ms Katelyn made me feel right at home. I had hundreds of questions and requests after my tour and they were so patient with me.

I had the best/easiest experience getting an apartment with Keana! She gave me all the information I needed, I felt like I could trust everything she said and wouldn’t/didn’t steer me wrong. I fell in love with this apartment because of the trust I had with Keana. I 100% recommend this place especially if you work with Keana, she is the best.

Apartment community and maintainance team are good. Good residential property for families to stay. Team works great in maintaining, but resident should also maintain and follow rules like not smoking inside corridors, pet friendly but causes pet waste over property. Maintenance team is good in cleaning but residents also needs to help them to keep it clean.
My complaint is none of the lawns are clean due to pet urines etc, so not good for kids to play
Also I have issue in my 2 bedroom apt where one bedroom is always chilled cold. Issue is never resolved and had to live with it. COVID time as more staying at home the 2nd bedroom always make me feel that I’m paying for 2 but staying in 1 bed.
