Desert Sun Tanning Salon, Everett WA

I recently started a new membership with this tanning salon and so far it's been great. The employees are helpful and the place is clean. I have not had to wait for a bed I just check in and get a bed immediately. So far so good!

I've been here twice so far. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful! The place is super clean. I love the Platinum beds they are non-claustrophobic and have cooling fans.

I visited this salon and it was very nice! It had a spa type feel to it. A very nice young lady named Rebekah helped me. She mentioned she was new but was very knowledgeable and sweet. I ended up buying two packages from her!

Best tanning salon in the area! Lexi is super sweet and knowledgeable. I went in for my first spray tan and she walked me through the whole thing. It turned out great. Thanks for the awesome service Lexi, you made my experience amazing!

I use the red light therapy, stand up, and the spray on tan frequently daily/weekly. The staff is always helpful. Especially Alexie. She has been there the longest, and is always friendly, helpful and professional. I look forward to my visit there, it’s probably one of the more relaxing part of my day.

Angelina was awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great promotions. Love the variety of beds. My tan experience was fantastic.

Was preparing for trip to Mexico in the off season and trying to avoid getting burned. Tanning not my thing but was guided through the process by Autumn. She was fantastic! Would recommend to anyone in the same situation. Very professional and knew her business. A true tanning specialist. THANKS AUTUMN! You deserve a raise!

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS- No support when they over bill you and they only give In-store credit. The employees here are under staffed and over worked- especially uneducated regarding account management intentionally I feel- Consequently I was billed even tho I asked to freeze my account like they recommended. YOU MUST SIGN A PAPER which they didn’t have me do only said everything was “good to go” and I was billed a full month I didn’t want. I can only email about my problems and wait for someone to get back to me. So now I’m canceling forever. I’ll go somewhere else. They will take your money and KEEP YOUR MONEY.

I transferred to Tabbi’s Everett Mall salon from Silverdale and loved it right away! The atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxing. Tabbi & all the girls made me feel welcomed and apart of them team right from the start! By far my favorite salon to go to!

Love it here! Just moved to Lynnwood, still make it to this location because the STAFF + management is amazing. Alexa is super sweet and helpful. I would recommend 100 more times.

I used this tanning salon for about a month before heading on vacation and I would definitely go back again. The staff is absolutely wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Just an overall great environment.

I was visiting from out of town for 2 weeks and decided to join my friend for a few tanning sessions. Tabbi (I think that was her name?) did great at helping me decide what would work best for me as I am still new to tanning and the beds were different than the ones back home. Every time I walked in the staff was smiling and seemed happy to be there. Wish there was Desert Suns where I live!

Outstanding customer service from Alexa! I went into Desert Sun Spa the other day with some questions, she explained all of my options in detail and helped me come up with a Tanning plan to reach my tanning goals. She was very personable, kind and professional. When spending the kind of money that we all do at tanning salons, it’s really nice to come across a knowledgeable employee that understands all of the products and beds.

I have never tanned prior to Desert Sun, but I don’t even want to try anywhere else! I love this location in particular, great staff always know about their products, friendly and clean when I go in there!

I have been coming here for over a year and have always received the best customer service. The ladies are informative, kind and easy to talk to. The prices are reasonable and there is almost always a promotion to take advantage of.

This location is so convenient for me, I’ve been to other Desert suns but this one has the best location and coolest bed options! The combo gets me the darkest and is nice and quick when I’m also doing the stand up red light in the same day. I haven’t seen either of these at other locations and they’re so fun and fancy! The staff is so nice and i love getting recommendations on where they shop too cause they always look amazing! The other bonus is my membership is transferrable so if i do visit family down south, i can still go tanning! YAY
