Panda Express, Kennewick WA

Horrible service and the cooks were backed up as well. Literally waited for 35-40 min too order my food and walk out. First the wait took like 15 min and then when I went to order they were out of everything practically. No orange chicken no noodles no steak with Broccoli no eggrolls and just horrendous service all around especially the Mexican lady with the black shirt.

The. When I sat down and opened my plate the orange chicken was trashed a tiny tiny pieces with no meat. I wanted to walk back there and throw it in there faces but only my kid was with me or I would have!

Don’t go here there food no good and service even worse!

I usually don't dine in I can't say much about the atmosphere. Food is always good and fresh

I haven’t been to this mall for several months but was in the area yesterday and did a little shopping followed by a meal at Panda Express. The noodles were disgusting! They weren't even cooked all the way, they were out of rice completely, the whole food court of the mall was just dirty and amazed me at how bad it has gotten. Don’t even ask about the women’s bathroom! I used to be a regular at this mall and after yesterdays visit I have no desires to go back.

It definitely is very tasty, and has the nostalgia factor. Although it would be amazing if there were some plant based options, so more of us can enjoy the gloriousness of Panda Express.

Feel bad for the workers there i work in the mall and walk past the food court everyday and the manager is always just standing around on his phone or watching the staff try and make their way through a huge rush definitely needs some new management in there

If you're looking for some pretty cheap, not really authentic Chinese food, this hits the spot

The best Chinese food. Delicious and at a fair price. I would go a thousand more times. Recommended.

Love panda but hate this specific location. Not a lot of brain power operating there. And they’re always just sitting there with no food and you ask them for it and they say it’s going to be ten minutes like you know they just don’t want to work. Maybe the owner of this place could see this review and require that you have food ready during busy hours. Otherwise I start going to the Thai place to eat. Thanks.

Food was horrible. Worst customer service at panda express ever. My rice was dry and all they gave me was chow mein, which was gross all of the employees give you dirty look when you go to complain and say there’s nothing they can do about it
Overall, my experience was a 1.5 out of 10.

The food is typically fresh because it goes out pretty fast on the weekends. Had fresh orange chicken and wow was it amazing! So was the Sweet and Fire Chicken, also the chow mein was very good.

Pretty sure they tried to kill me with how sick I got afterwards. I've eaten some raunchy things in my life but this is what glued me to the bathroom for all my days off. Service made me feel guilty about ordering food there.
