The office is a fine tuned machine. It was quick to get in, they were efficient in the office visit and set reasonable expectations for my pre authorization time line. I answer insurance questions all day for work and I left not worrying that I’d have to bug my insurance because the office was on top of everything. Got a call back within the expected turn around time that my MRI is good to schedule.

Dr. Lamour was great. He’s articulate and knows exactly what he’s talking about, didn’t want to cut until he was absolutely sure it was required for complete healing, which helps me trust his take on it for sure. Surgery went well with no complications, my left ankle is now better than my “good” ankle haha. Highly recommended.

Dr. Lamour was so kind and attentive, addressing all my questions and concerns. He is very personable and professional. I left feeling like there was a clear treatment plan in place.

I haven't had surgery yet so this is regarding my experience so far. Working with Dr. Lamour and staff has been the best medical experience I have had in Washington. In fact, they've largely been the opposite of my previous medical experuences here. Theu do what they say they will do and they do it quickly. They (whole staff) have been patient, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. They've spent extra time helping resolve ticky tack but time consuming mistakes made by insurer. Lamour was kind and direct despite my ongoing silly questions, never avoiding or rushing me despite being a clearly busy person. MA, Rob (I think) was good to work and converse with in wrapping and prep. Amanda made scheduling a breeze. There are plenty more folks on the team which usually makes me wary but they have, without exception, been prompt (they return calls, fill scrip orders, etc.same day!) and not only courteous but encouraging! We will see how post care goes but if the beginning is any indicator it will likely be a smooth, cooperative experience. Thanks team Lamour!

Awesome staff and an exceptional Doctor! Dr Lamour was so nice and extremely knowledgeable! Both my husband and I felt confident in his skill and knowledge base. My husband is a Dr of Chemistry. I felt listened to and supported! He took his time and answered all our questions and then some! Wonderfully positive experience all the way around!

I have seen a lot of Doctors in my life to include while in the Military. I have never seen or visited a better Doctor than DR. Lamour. Very caring and appreciates his patients needs. A great visit with him and a genuine care for me (his patient). Any other ORTHO issues I may have, I will not except anyone else besides DR. Lamour. Thank you Sir!

I trust Dr Lamour with my foot and ankle orthopedic issues. He performed a surgery to remove bone spurs and insert artificial cartilage a few years ago on my right foot & I had Arthrex bunion surgery 3 weeks ago on my other foot. This was a minimally invasive surgery with very little, if any, soft-tissue damage and a faster recovery time.
He explains procedures well and talks through solutions that have had good outcomes for me so I can get back to being active.

You guys are very knowledgeable and people friendly. I am always treated very well and the place is always nice and clean. I feel I am in very good hand when coming for my visits. Thank you very much.

My surgery went very well. I could not of asked for a better experience. All the staff were kind and thoughtful.

He was very good at listening to my pain concerns. I thought I didn't fit my boot correctly upon receiving from urgent care. He took extra x ray to find that my ankle was also fractured lol which is the reason it was hurting. He recommended a hard cast for a few weeks to help it heal better.

Dr. Lamour is very thorough and helps you understand your injury and what’s best for you. His staff is very pleasant and helpful
