The girl who helped me, Deshanae was very nice, she was very helpful. Whoever wants to apply, she’s very helpful and sweet.

Deshanae helped my sister Fanita find a 4 bed apartment throughout the whole process she was helpful, clear and patient. She was sweet and very kind. She’s the person you want to go to if you are looking for a place to live. Thank you deshanae.

Very bad maintenance team and unprofessional the respond is very slow and took months to repair appliances.

The worst place I ever lived. The maintenance team is the worst one I have ever seen. The apartment wasn’t not maintained well and all sink and shower drains were clogged when I moved in. There was an issue with the fridge and took two months in the summer till they fixed.

I'm loving it here so far. Just moved in and it has been the smoothest one yet. The team here are very professional and superb at their job. The inside is similar to how a hotel is setup and these apartments are updated. Cleanliness is a major plus too. From the proper security features, staff, and apartments, this is my ideal place to live. I feel safe and happy knowing I live in a clean building that is secure. Have a professional team that is also polite, understanding, and helpful.

Horrible and ill mannered staff who appeared to not know how to do their job. Dirty and a polluted property as well.

This place is ran by lying thieves. I applied for a place here and my application was denied because I was overqualified to live here. They kept my holding deposit and won’t give me my money back. I keep contacting them and they keep avoiding me. This business should be held accountable for stealing my hard owned money.

Dashanae is helpful and polite, she has great customer service and was cheerful naad caring. She deserves a recognition.

Horrible Maintenance team they half fix things then make up fake issues meaning I have been having a problem with this washer machine I pay monthly for since 2021 and they told me I have been overfilling it which they have never seen me wash clothes and the washer is ending the cycle with clothes dripping wet. The manager provides no customer care and I’m taking things to corporate.

A car gets broken into almost every night and the office says that they can't do anything about it. Not even show the cameras to you.

This apartment especially building g is horrible. It has filthy stairs especially the hallway and people are putting their trash in the hallway or they are dumping their trash on the stairs and we didn't see the maintenence checking and cleaning the stairs and hallway I don't know about other buildings building G is very dirty. People keep their trash in the hallway for weeks. I miss the old maintenence staff because they used to clean the hallway and even when they clean they also dry the stairs and the hallways but this staff left the stairs and hallways with water which made things worse. The balcony is very filthy because of the neighbors we cannot even use and clean our balcony.

I moved out couple years ago but this place is still the worst place I ever rented. The leasing staffs were very disrespectful and rude. Parking is bad. Location is horrible since it is located right on Pacific Highway (sketchy and dangerous). People live here don't know how to clean up after themselves. There are waste leaking on the ground to the trash bins. The only good thing was the building was brand new and we were the first ones to moved in.

Like this place, but theirs no elevator. I just wish their elevator so that it’s easier to move in. Also theirs small parking space is also an issue.
