Chick-fil-A, Vienna WV

First time I've had the chance to try the breakfast biscuits. They were surprisingly good.

Lunch was great, place was swamped as usual for lunch but wait wasn't long in drive thru about 5 minutes

This location is always busy and that's because the food is always freshly made, hot, and tasty. Great location!

I use the drive thru more than going inside the restaurant. Don't let the long drive thru line scare you. They have an excellent system on place that gets you through the line extremely quickly. The food here is top notch. In all times eating here over the years I have not ever gotten a bad meal here and by order has always been correct.

Even while traveling, I cannot find fault with the yummy taste and quality of food! The employees exhibit a friendly attitude and a professional demeanor!

Always great food. But this drive through is a nightmare. The 2 lane system was added later and there is confusion from cars having to drive laps around the building to get in the drive through.

Was dissatisfied with the customer service at this location. People working the front of house were very unfriendly and acted like serving us was an inconvenience for them. Not the service I expected from a Chick-fil-A.

Chicken sandwiches and diet lemonade are amazing. Prices too high for a value meal. But, the food is amazing.

I really adore this place and it's management team. They are so polite and all around good team. Unlike other places if there is a problem. They'll take the time to apologize and correct the situation. Just to make you feel appreciated the tone of ones voice is also a factor. When you hear the sincerity it makes you be more understanding maybe they was busy and forgot. Unlike some if these places where they get they management team from some local bar where being rude and short with ppl is the nature of their job training or they got them from Ohio.

As a family we love eating healthy. And grilled chicken nuggets and Chick-fil-A sauce. And their grilled chicken sandwich with some avocado ranch sauce is something to try. Fries are good, they need salt
