Chili's Grill & Bar, Princeton WV

Very good food, friendly service, my ladies drink wasn't made right but hey, he was new. Overall satisfaction is still a 10!

It was great, the food came out hot and ready to eat and the server she never lets your drink get belo half full and the manager was real kind

Usually a long wait. But food and service is always worth it. Food is delicious and service is above par. Always a favorite for our family!

Save time and go across the street to the competition. They understand that a family isn't going to separate during a meal because they cross some magical number.

I've been here several times. The food is consistently good except for the steak, don't get the steak.

We have visited this location a number of times and have never left hungry or disappointed!

The portions are huge and the selection good. As a vegetarian, I have had several dishes customized and it never seems to be an issue.

Service is good and the prices are reasonable.

Food was only fair. Server was very attentive but it was near the end of the night and good was no where as good as in the past.

Would've gave them 5 stars but we were freezing the whole time. Food was good waiter (Joe) was perfect. On time, Everytime. We wanted for nothing.

Bad service. Ordered chili & it was do cold the cheeses on top wouldn't melt. Started to send it back but couldn't find a waitress. This occurred at Chili's at Huntington Mall.

The food was good. The kitchen was a little black pepper happy but otherwise it was good. The service was good.

Service was pretty good. We sat at the bar and ordered food and drinks. My salad came out looking sad and anemic. It was 75% iceberg lettuce and over cooked mini shrimps. It was missing the cilantro and green onion (which I discovered on the menu after i had finished what was edible) and all the dressing was on the plate under the salad. Disappointed and won't go back.

Service was iffy. Seems like they were understaffed. Had to wait for a table even though there were many tables open. Food was ok.

Location was great and the food was great! I swore off chili’s for some time due to an experience in Shreveport LA. Decided for another chance after 9 years and on a date night and loved it. The only reason we gave 4 stars was there was a person working there with ears gauged and dirty dripping rag who just walked circles around the restraint the entire time we ate. Was just really weird and could have had them doing something else then being the viewpoint of entertainment.

Always enjoy the great service at this Chili's. We stop in every time we visit our elderly relatives in WV, so as not to put them out having to cook for us later in evening when we usually arrive. They typically have 2 for 1 happy hour drink specials that are awesome and the food is always perfect. We love the Fajitas and this last time kept it simple with some Big Mouth Burgers. We always enjoy their chips and salsa as well and love the thin crispy chips they provide. Highly recommend and we will visit again!

Went on a Friday night for a date night
Service was horrible and our food was cold.
No one seemed to care. Wasn’t going to pay
But we did. Never will we be back

Get the burgers, o my, we've eat there for years and never tried them but they were absolutely awesome

Went for Easter. Slow when we got there. Employees all over the place. Started to get a crowd, then the employees disappeared. There was a group that started by the bar.
Over priced bar food.
Won't ever go back

Great food.steaks were cooked perfectly. My husband got medium well and i got medium, and they were cooked exactly the way they should be. We got the 2 for 20 deal with salads (that couldnt be any fresher really) as appetizers, 6oz steak, loaded mashed potatoes (not too strong on the cheese and bacon in them and delicious, i didnt think i would like them cause i dont like flavored mashed potatoes) and broccoli but he replaced his broccoli with cole slaw and of coarse our drinks.also ordered another appetizer to split which were the deep fried pickles. OmG LOOOOVE THEM! They were the best weve ever tried. I also signed up for the chilis rewards and got a free chips and salsa. Yes we ordered a lot, but it made 3 whole meals for us.it was so fulfilling. And wait, thats not all about our visit. We sat at a little 2 person table, and the waiter was awesome. Kept our drinks filled, always kept a check on us and even offered to help me with my chilis rewards and always had a smile on his face. I also noticed that this place works as a team. Not just our waiter, but all of the workers that passed by, if they seen we needed something, they would make sure to get it. All the workers were busy and running around. Thats what I call good work ethic. I wish i had more to tip than just a dollar but honestly it was my last dollar, but that boy deserved it for his hard work. I dont know who he was, but he needs promoted. This was also on 4/20 at 10pm if that helps tell who it was. If i was the manager and owner, id be proud of my team cause for my first time there, it was amazing and me and my husband both agree that we WILL be back.
