Highly recommend! I was visiting from out of town and needed a quick cut and Max fit me into his schedule. Great fade cut at a reasonable price!

I took my son there and Karl cut his hair. The haircut is great and the atmosphere was great. Sometimes a woman going in a barber shop can be uncomfortable but it was not at all. No use of bad language or inappropriate comments. And I love the way it is decorated!

Max always does a great job with my hair. He does a great skin fade! Love the atmosphere of the place too.

Called in as a first time customer to ask if they took walk ins, said they can get me in at 4: 30 and what I wanted would be $20. I traveled 30 mins and Max gave me a bad haircut, left me with large sections of hair sticking out at the fade blend area. Uneven and messy. Then he says it’s $25. I came here for the great reviews after weeks of looking for a new shop. I’m covered in hair all over my clothes and face. They should hire talented guys to match the reviews, not just try to fill chairs.

Reply to Owner: This was Max’s second day so yes while your other barbers are great, Max is not what I was expecting when driving that far. My girlfriend laughed at my cut on video and convinced me to go back in. When we spoke on the phone you mentioned Max takes the walk ins. I’m sorry I called and asked if you took walk ins, I would have scheduled an appointment with another barber there if I knew quality would be impacted. I was definitely not rude in the slightest bit, if anything I was kind and also at the same time not happy with my cut. My point was and continues to be that Max thought it was a good cut. My reviews of other bad experiences I have had does not impact my ability to know a bad haircut. I have left many great reviews as well and you want to say I like leaving bad reviews? Grow up. This is a review of the haircut and my experience. One star. Terrible. I get the same cut every week for 37 years. The board in the front of your store clearly says $25+. But again the point is I was told $20 on the phone and ended up short on Maxs tip. Yes I still tipped the guy for the bad cut. Some rude guy I am, I know.

There is so much talent in one location.the shop has an awesome vibe - so does their sister salon Jewel City Salon.
I've also been here for small lil pop up bands or parties and we always have a blast, not to mention any merchandise they put out for the shop is amazing quality and lasts forever.

I was so nervous about having an undercut done but I saw Karl's work and knew this was the place.
Absolutely love my undercut. Will not be going anywhere else again.
