Mona Lisa Nails & Spa, Barboursville WV

I was with a wedding party. We had called earlier in the week and had made an appointment for 10am. When we got to the appointment we stood outside the door until 10: 45am. We had called, and no one picked up. Around 12: 15pm a few of us received a text stating who it was and apologizing for missing our call. We then explained our issue and all we were told was “ I’m so sorry about the inconvenience I wasn’t feeling well and I just woke up right now sorry”. That message was sent to everyone of us who had called earlier. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely amazing experience with Lisa! She did my nails so perfect & was just overall so sweet! I will be going back to get my nails and toes done here! My bf also got an amazing hair cut & face shave by her husband while I was getting my nails done! We loved it here! Definitely recommend!

Lisa is very professional and did one of the best acrylic nails i have ever had.her husband is very nice as well and did a great job. I came here with three of my friends and decided to add pedicures along with our acrylic nails last minute and they were happy to do that for us. Lisa is amazing and always makes sure we are having a good time and laughing. They gave us drinks while getting our pedicures, all in all, it was a great experience and we all will continue to come back. You will not regret coming here! Thank you!

I had a appointment and they started giving me attitude because I couldn’t find the place and told me that I couldn’t get my nails done because I was late from trying to find the place and the woman was very very rude telling me I didn’t have an appointment when I have proof that I had an appointment

Very lovely place, Lisa and her husband are very kind and funny people, my nails are beautiful, it took her no time to do them and she did them with seemingly no effort! 10/10 would recommend and I’ll definitely be going back

I had dipped polish done today and my nails look gorgeous. Lisa is very talented and I couldn't be happier with the service and the salon. Everything was so clean and the instruments are sterilized. She and her husband are very kind and personable and also served me a glass of delicious red Moscato. I will definitely go back!

I have been to Lisa 3 times now and all I can say is WOW. Starting with how comfortable she makes you feel, to how funny she is, her love for people, her giving heart (discounts for seniors and students), to her perfection in her work.

Very clean environment! Mrs Lisa and Mr. Tu are very polite they will do anything you want. Mrs lisa knows how to do everything acrylic, designs and powder etcetera. Also she gives discounts for students senior citizens and teachers.
