Website is crab! You enter username & passcode, knowing very well that it’s the right username & passcode & it says one or the other is wrong! You check the little box that says I'm not a ROBOT & it’s clearly marked, you hit, next & it says, you first have to mark the box that says, I’m not a ROBOT! Seriously! Now your beyond p- - sed at this point!
Sadly these people never reply to my phone messages and their service people never keep you informed as to what has been done when they dig up your property. Water leaks in the main lines flow for years before they come to resolve the issue and it would appear they only put a bandaid on the leak instead of replacing any rotted lines.
