AT&T Store, Fitchburg WI

Like any at&t store there was a wait and unfortunately there was only one person working. But Ian attended us as soon as he could; He went above and beyond to help with my iphone not working as well as with the process of me getting a new one. I definitely consider coming to this location again because of his service.

Came to this store because another store didn’t have what I needed. Walked in at 5: 45pm on a Wednesday and there was 1 person working and 4 groups waiting. Wasn’t greeted or told how long the wait would be or anything…

This store puts other AT&T locations to shame in terms of service and speed. Very helpful and friendly staff - specifically towards Mike, so a shoutout to him!

This is not a corperate store and it as advertised as one. This means they do not communicate with the other branches and can not change your plan. Again, this was never communicated. Horrible service would not recommend.

We visited the Gammon rd store where (IMO) I found the representative to be nonchalant & inexperienced. We went to the Fitchburg location and found Alex C.to be AWESOME! Very professional & LISTENED to our unique situation.
I live out of town but my elderly parents live here & we upgraded their phones to Galaxy A12*. I needed them to be able to feel Comfortable, NOT ignored & have Help when they come in for assistance with their phones. This is the place I found for that!

Maybe if I wanted an iPhone my experience would be different. I went in there trying to understand the difference between the multiple galaxy phones. The person I worked with was unhelpful and short. They did not tell me anything about any of the specs. All I got was "one is for influencers, idk. " I felt like I was annoying them by wanting to give them my money. I went into the store ready to buy and left completely turned off and thinking about switching providers. Buy your phone literally anywhere else. Terrible customer service.

The staff here were very helpful! I was waiting over a month for a new phone to get shipped to me but after the shipping kept getting delayed I decided to head into a store. They had the phone in stock there and Alex helped me cancel my old order and set me up with my new phone all within an hour! (in my experience it usually takes way longer than an hour) I highly recommend the AT&T store on Fish Hatchery!

We were having troubles with our WiFI connection at home. We went into the store and explained our troubles. Antonio and Alex went above and beyond to explain a solution to our problem. They were both very patient with all of the questions we asked, which were several. Their knowledge and professionalism explained the solution we needed, and worked the best options AT & T has to offer. They improved our situation and saved us money at the same time. Antonio was fantastic! So impressed! He did such a great job working alone but balancing multiple customers adequately. He was so welcoming & totally knew his stuff. Answered all my questions throughly & by far the best experience I’ve ever had at an At&t.

I have been with AT&T for twenty years.
At times I wonder why I have not gone with another company for my phone service. I was quickly reminded when I met Antonio at the AT&T store in Fitchburg WI Not only did he sell me the exact iPhone I wanted and took the time to insure that I knew how to use it, he assisted my wife who is hearing impaired start an on line
Interview on Spark which was difficult for my wife and I to set up. Not many people have patience with my beautiful wife because she only hears at a 50% level. Many people are rude to her, not Antonio he smiled and looked in her eyes, spoke clearly and distinctly and she heard
every word he said. When we were done with our transaction my wife looked at me and smiled with tears in her eyes and said he was so nice to me. His rapport with every customer in the store was in a professional and educational manner. We have seen him since for all our iPhone needs. AT&T when you employed Anthony you choose you choose the very best!

Antonio was amazing! I stopped in to ask some questions about about my billing statement. He was able to walk me through everything and actually helped me save some money!

I stopped in to get a new phone after my other one stopped working. Antonio helped me set up a new line. Not only was he very patient with me but he was very helpful in getting me all set up with essentials for the new phone. Overall a great experience!
