Literally had to pick up a pre ordered SIM card that would take 5 seconds. They wouldn’t help me and took over 20 min. Get some better help

Waited for 25 mins. Got sick of waiting. Called Verizon 800 number in the parking lot. Upgraded my plan and had a new phone in the mail in 15 mins. Store is terrible.
