Eyemart Express, Auburn AL

Was pleasantly surprised! Recommended by my daughter, I went there and was immediately greeted by Nia, (Auburn Mall) Auburn, Alabama. She was very patient and helpful. I purchased 2 pair of bifocals for $61 with a 1 year frame warranty, and 2 hard cases. Was ready to pick up in about 30 minutes and are as nice as the 1 pair I got from my optometrist 7 months ago for $370. I will definitely go back as everyone was friendly and professional who offered a good product for a good price.

Great place! They were so welcoming! It only took them 20 minutes to have me two pair off glasses ready!

I was very hesitant about getting progressive glass. But the employees were all very nice and explained all the different kinds to me. ’
I also got a second pair of reader for free!
When the progressives arrived they were actually very easy to get used to. And I love my frames!
I will be a returning customer!

I had such a great experience there. The atmosphere was so friendly. The whole staff was at work helping customers and presented awesome teamwork. Nia greeted and assisted me as soon as I entered the store’s facility. She was very informative and patient yet very helpful. She has great customer service made sure I understood my insurance policy and gave me multiple options to choose from. My glasses did not take long to finish. I told them one of my eyes were not clear during the exam and they said, "don't worry about that. " They couldn't get a clear reading on the same eye, I had to do the puff like three times. When the glasses arrived, the prescription was wrong as expected and they say they're not charging them cause I can see far away. It's very hard to read so I've been using my old glasses til I pay these off.

Very filthy and unprofessional office. They keep asking can they help but just walk away after you ask not a very professional way to do business.

We got an appointment right away when we called. Came in for a virtual exam which was thorough and fast. Found our frames and they were ready in LITERALLY 7 minutes! We spent about $200 (eye exam was $65, frame was $70, rest was lenses). Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their jobs. Thank you Eyemart Express!

I have no problems with the employees in the store, but what use to be able to get in one hour now had a two week time frame that actually came pack in one
Week. I don’t know what was different. In fairness they may have explained but I didn’t understand. I still have some blurring on the new prescription but they told me if I still have the problem in two weeks to come back to check it. I live an hour and a half away.

My little brother got his first pair of glasses from here! He was so apprehensive about it and Sandra made him so happy and comfortable! She was so helpful and got us the best deal! We will definitely be faithful customers from now on! So happy we had such an amazing experience and the glasses turned out great!
