The Hangout Gulf Shores reviews
15Joseph was Absolutely wonderful. Absolutely Amazing. Perfect 10. The restaurant was so much fun!
Joseph was an amazing server! Amazing service, personality, and energy. Would 100% come back!
Ivo was the best server hands down no one can tell me different, def deserves to win and is fine ash
Blood orange palms was soo good! We got the crab entree and it was perfect! Fresh, flavorful, and juicy! Jamie topped off our experience with great service! Started with water and had great advice for drinks and food! Loved it and will definitely be back!
Jack was helpful and courteous! We Love the Hang Out. We drove all the way from TN just to come back!
Jamie Lynn. Was are server she is really on top of things great personality just made our day
Kimberly Burkett went to swim by herself. This is the same day Zella is diagnosed with Lymphoma. Jesus, Please Bless Maggie and Zella. Thank you for this beautiful day!
We love The Hangout! We always visit multiple times during our trip! The food is always amazing and the service is great! Alexia is amazing and super sweet!
We ordered the crab appetizer and the waitress advised us it was served cold. With that info, I assumed it was lump crab meat and ordered it anyhow. It's my fault that I didn't ask more questions, but what we got was a single cluster of cold crab legs full of fishy smelling water. Definitely not worth $20. Atmosphere was ok, staff was friendly, and the main meals were decent (smothered snapper and shrimp & grits), but we probably wouldn't go back.
Jamie Lynn is the best waitress! She helped with the menu tremendously and gave us some wonderful suggestions on the best food on the menu! She was very attentive and super sweet!
We had so much fun at this place. Service was fast and friendly. I like all the nostalgia pictures and old-time memorabilia and history articles it has in its decorations. They also had a lot of different frozen drinks. The food was fabulous. The seafood was tasty and fresh, not to mention that the portions were big. Everyone had a doggie bag. When we visit Gulf Shores, we will be back.
They kind of forgot about us being seated we waited for an over 30 minutes to 45 minutes but after that we had to get the attention of our server because we were being ignored but once everything got situated it was a great experience food was great it was a great place to go on our cousin trip we will go again
JOSEPH
he is a great person, best energy ever and i would 100% request him next time you eat at THE HANGOUT gulf shores!
Jamie Lynn was amazing! She went above and beyond to make our visit great! My daughter kept commenting on how she’s the best waitress we’ve ever had.
Somebody needs to go to New Orleans and learn how to make a Shrimp PoBoy. $19 bucks and I throw half of it away. Remember, no crab boil in the shrimp batter.
