I called 1-800-4A-GUNSAFE LLC / Az Liberty Safe today to have a safe removed from my house and a new one in my garage put into my house. I spoke with Sean and explained they were both not purchased there and Shane could not have been more friendly and understanding and professional. He made and appt with me right away and as luck would have he had an opening and could remove my old safe and install my new one the same day at a very fair and reasonable charge. The young man Jonathon who came out and did the installation was just as professional and courteous as can be. We purchased our safe at a big-box store online but these people treated me like I was a known customer to them. I am so pleased with their service that I would definitely recommend them to purchase a safe from and installation service and not from a big-box online store.

Hands down the best safe store in the valley, several options for high quality safes and the install team did a terrific job. I love my new safe and would definitely recommend working with these guys!

Ordered a Liberty safe and it was delivered today. Premium product with premium delivery.
The guys did an awesome job placing the dafe exactly where I wanted as well as going over the total operation of the safe.

Great service and great field employees but gave them 4 instead of 5 stars because I think they are a little over priced. I would use again.

My sales rep was Shane, and he really helped my wife and I pick the best safe for our needs. We received great service at the store and communication during the follow up stages was really good as well. If you're looking for a home safe of any size I wouldn't look anywhere else!
