19th and Union Hills - Goodwill - Retail Store and Donation Center, Phoenix AZ

This is a horrible place drug addicts all inside the store stealing right in front of. Cannot enjoy your shopping worry about your surroundings would not recommend this place at all

Very clean and presentable. I was surprised at the quality of the items and, as always, the great prices! Top rate thrift store!

This is one of the best Goodwill's in North Phoenix. Always finding gems here. The staff is amazing as well. They are very helpful and extremely friendly

They keep raising prices for no reason. You're getting people's free stuff why are you charging anything over $8 for is ridiculous. An $8 should be for the high-end stock. Goodwill you may have lost my business.

The WORST employee experience in any Goodwill we've ever been to. We are regulars at Goodwill for many many years. I am a book fanatic and the best books Ive ever gotten have been here. I am also very involved in the Career Center on 67th ave and Peoria. Gabriel with the black hair, beard, and ballcap, and Emp. # 64041 did nothing but make us feel uncomfortable watching us suspiciously as we openly sat in the front of the store while we were looking thru books. They didnt say two words to customers or anyone while watching us. I even smiled and said hello to Gabriel as he walked by and he rudely cut his eyes at me saying absolutely NOTHING. They were both very rude to us and made us feel completely unecessarily uncomfortable. Heres a piece of advice, if youre going to act like the Goodwill Police and make regulars feel uncomfortable, you should be NICE and POLITE to your customers, which is your #1 job priority.

Any veterans give to company's that help veterans they made over 500 billion dollars last year and won't give a veteran a job

Great staff, very clean and well stocked. I am more impressed with this location than the one north of here. It is am excellent place to either shop for a couple of hours or to zip in and out quickly. It could be ANY kind of resale shop but it just so happens its a Goodwill store. I like going in to check out dvds and books. Stuffed toys for my cat and extra large shirts for me. They always have a great selection.

Terrible! The store was full of transients, people were shouting and a lot of them making no sense whatsoever. You actually fear for your safety here. I will never go back to that store!

The staff there are very nice and the sore is nice and clean bit some of there stuff is a little high on prices

I found the best pair of overalls ever here. The prices were perfect and the store was organized well and very clean

What a great store, plenty of parking and handicap sopts up front in the parking lot. Good clean store with a large selection of previously owned goods. They sell just about everything here and worth the the adventure to check it out. Store is clean and plenty of staff to help you.

The relatively new location by Goodwill standards. Haven't really got the inside of the store organization down yet but they're working on it. This is a prime example of how even nonprofit organizations compete in the for-profit world. This location was formerly the home of Epic Thrift Store which I thought had a nicer set up as far as thrift stores go, than the Goodwill that occupies its space. Point of the story is Goodwill one of that space and they obviously bought epic out.

Love to shop here, but too many bratty kids running around ruins it for people who want to have a quiet afternoon to shop.

I found 2 12 cup coffee pots for my church's kitchen for 3 dollars each. May go back for coffee cups that we're $1 each.

Great selection but when i went to check out on dollar day they said that my items had been tagged wrong or someone switched the tags & almost everything would have to be retagged & instead of it being 1$ or discounted at all they would most likely all be full price (9.99$ because they were mostly dresses). At the time it pissed me off because i had just spent so much time finding everything i wanted & now finding out i was gonna have to pay much more than i expected when i was making my selections because the tags were wrong, I ended up having to leave almost everything because I was so upset & didnt want to be too rude & make a scene so I left without many of the items I had my heart set on feeling like they screwed me big time. It was close to closing & I think maybe everyone there had had a bad day or something because the way i was treated was way messed up! I went back the next day after sleeping on it with the plan to go refind the several dresses i had tried on & absolutely loved & needed for upcoming occassions, i expected i would have to buy the items at full price & although it was a messed up situation on their part, i need the dresses & i was still getting a deal compared to store price. But when i went back the next day first thing in the morning i didnt see a single item from my selection back on the racks & when i asked about whether they might be in the back still being retagged or something the girl was rude about telling me they would be on the racks already & she just said sorry when i explained that theres no way every item was sold already & there was nothing she could or would do to help me find these items. I thought it was pretty lame customer service all around & i would have given only 1 star for the store workers attitudes but the items i had found were so good i gave the 2 stars for the selection i had found the night i did my shopping.
BOOOOO! To this GOODWILL. Rude staff & greedy store trying to overprice & take advantage of people with donated items they recieve for free from people. Seriously its pathetic!
