The store is always clean with nice employees that greet you as you come into the store! Pretty good prices and good things to choose from!

This location has sucj poor customer service /poeple skills it's disgusting. I've been going to this location since it opened and I drop a few hundred her every month. I'm not one to go out of my way to complain but enough is enough! Every time I go in here (and i take
my time in there and a try on a ton of clothes and mostly none of them ever fit) i hear these women complain about me amongst tthemselves. This time i clearly heard their sarcastic comments as if i was stealing. B! +@# PlZ! I make more than you make in 1 month, in 2 days. I just look like this. But I live around the corner so you WILL be seeing me. And next time im going straight to corporate with my complaints

But don't worry. McDonald's is across the street and they hire people with special needs boo

Love the mission of Goodwill and all of the charity work that they do. I often come here while getting my car washed. Of course I donate any unneeded items so that they can keep up their great work.

Probably one of THE WORST Goodwill store in the valley. Shelves understocked, half the stuff broken and laying around. Workers too busy chit chatting with one another. Terrible. They need to hire a new manager to manage this place better.

1/18/18 6pm Rude manager on duty. Talking about me to another customer about what a nightmare $1 day is As he’s deleting items from my order all of this with customer standing behind meHe seemed annoyed that I asked to have items removed from my bill. One of them being a necklace that Wasn’t mine I told him that Mune was a bracelet.

My girlfriend bought two chairs from there and asked the cashier what I needed to pick them up. She said they would put my name on them so I can just pick it up. Never mentioned I needed the receipt or anything. I went to pick them up, gave them my name and was denied due to no receipt. My girlfriend, who was tired due to medication from an on the job injury, drove all the way back to give them the receipt. Guess what? Items had my name and phone number. All they had to do was verify. She spoke to a very rude "manager" on duty who rolled her eyes and just kept repeating the policy over and over. My girlfriend is not mad at the policy, just mad because the associate never mentioned what she had to do. Poor customer service. Treated us as if we were so bums off the streets that I see there when I go in. We will now drive a little further to Savers

The Goodwill is okay. Went during the 50% sale so it was a bit messy. The staff was not friendly. When they were putting clothes away, none of them said excuse me to get past the customers. One employee didn't even know whether it was a 25% or 50% sale.

My favorite place to source and find treasures. Pretty clean and organized. People are friendly. Easy to get in and out. Never a problem with parking.

Won't be going back there. Brianna worse costomer service ever. Ask her to do something and she gets mad that she has to actually work and starts bad mouthing about me to her little coworker friend from across the store and the other one complaining about how she has to work and pick up clothes that fell off hangers, Really? ! Come on now, It's not called WORK so you can play

I love this store! They have good quality clothes. I bought a nice chair there. The price was super low at $4.99. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The prices are high and I did not get the discount that I was supposed to and when I went back a week later they said they would talk to the person that made the mistake but they did not offer to compensate me and I actually left something else that I liked a lot because I was supposed to get the discount and that would have paid for it the cashier constantly makes mistakes one of them

So I go here almost daily because its by my house. The pricing is always off. The same item marked 3 different prices. Its a goodwill so I love it regardless but the hassle of an unorganized store sucks.

Love all Goodwills. I like the new weekly color tag savings. Take a picture of the color sign because there are a few sales daily.

Great hidden gem in Skid Row!
Their prices are a little high, but knowing that the money is going into DWC, makes the purchases a little easier.
I LOVE their dirty chai latte's, the BEST I have ever had! (Yes, even better than Starbucks!)
I have also had their holiday drinks, which I find fun and super tasty!
If you are volunteering any where around Skid Row, I think it's a must to stop by, take a look around, and leave with a drink! Goodwill 19th Ave and Baseline is best.
