My wisdom tooth broke and they were able to get me in quickly. They told me it needed pulled. Everything went great. Dr Davinas got me in, numbed, and tooth pulled with no issues. 3 days post-op and healing great so far with Minimal pain.

I went in to fix a chipped tooth. I was seen and treated within the same office visit, I was there a total of 45 min or less. I was not expecting to be treated right then, but the doctor was so nice and knowledgeable and had a quick solution. They accepted my state provided insurance and I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. I highly recommend this place, and a very clean very quiet atmosphere in the waiting office. I now have my confidence and smile back thanks to the services and staff at 1st Dental Care in Sierra Vista

The crew was able to get me after a dental emergency while on travel. I felt so incredibly lucky and blessed to have someone actually take me in on such short notice. Dr. Bui and his staff are top notch. They used the latest techniques and equipment. (The facility is completing a remodel and looks like it is going to be a really top notch facility.) Quick intake process, explained everything as we progressed, and even were able to work with the lab to get a crown before I leave town. Time in mouth was minimal; a sign of experience and proficiency. Payment and insurance were handled while I was standing at the front, while in the chair, and quickly on the way out. Very professional and efficient. I cannot thank them enough for taking mercy on a traveler and getting me in. Thank you.thank you.thank you!

I have been coming here for almost ten years. Dr Dileep Danivas is the best dentist I’ve ever had. His manner is very professional and he does quality work. His staff and Dr Bui are also courteous and nice when I see them as well. Their also super awesome at getting short notice appointments for followups. My whole family comes to 1st care dental. Keep it up guys. You are all epic!

Regarding our experiences with 1st dental For 3 years, Ive been seeing my favorite dentist ever in my entire life, (and im 70 yrs old) His name is Dr Dileep Danivas and his assistant, Vinh.
Dr Danivas has made every visit in the past3 yrs for my husband and myself completely pain free! Thats so important to me, Because i am very sensitive to pain and have had a phobia of dentristy, due to past bad experiences in other offices. (They can use nitris oxide and other measures if the situation calls for it.) we are amazed at how Dr Danivas is very skilled with injection, to cause the.nerves to be numb.absolutely the best dentist ever for that and all orher dental procedures for my husband and myself. They have saved teeth that we might have otherwise lost! Their prices are competitive in the area of sierra vista.
Since weve started going to them, we actually have stopped feeling that dread of dentistry we both used to freel when we needed dental work.
Both Dr Danivas and his assistant Vinh are skilled and precise with explanation and performance of their work. Did i mention we always laugh and enjoy our time with them.
Also, The girls who run the office and deal with insurances are both tenacious and caring and friendly as they do their jobs.

Wow! We hope they stay right here!

Sincerely,
B & L Adams

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star! They are extremely rude, they are impatient and rush through your services roughly. Our 3 year old and 7 year old are traumatized from this dental office from the assistants to the Dr's. My wife went in for a filling and the drill piece broke in her mouth while drilling was done and she left with a fat lip and bleeding without an apology! We don't recommend taking you or your family here. Beware!

Editing this review: Please go somewhere else. Yes, they can get you in very quickly, yes, they are very nice, but they do a terrible job. I brought x-rays and my treatment plan from a different dentist, and ALSO had 3 xrays done there, and only later did I found out that while they were filling cavities on one tooth, they neglected to fill all of the spots. Went home and saw a visible cavity on the exact same tooth that he had worked on (and that showed on the x-rays). Also, every filling I did get was extremely rough-to the point that I could not get floss between them and I actually cut my tongue when I ran it over one of the rough spots. One of them broke within a week. Terrible, rushed job.

I’ve been mid-treatment with a different place since August (it's now December). Former dentist kept canceling, rescheduling, and finally said he wouldn’t be able to see me until April. That was really stressful since the cavities were huge and would probably need root canals by then. I called several other places and none of them could see me within several months either. When I called First Dental, I expected to hear the same thing but they got me in within a week. Not only that, but they actually did all of the work that needed to be done in one visit-something my old dentist couldn’t do in 4 months. Dr. Bui was really nice, professional, and literally saved me from having to get at least two root canals in the future. His assistant and the front office were great too. I’m having my file sent over from my old dentist and I’ll be staying here from now on. Thank you for seeing me today!

First, I want to start out with the one positive thing. 1st Dental was able to get me an appointment within 2 days after a crown fell off my upper left molar. I kept the crown. I had no pain. My dentist back East filled the tooth & fitted it with a crown 15 years ago. The tooth felt fine. I chewed, brushed, treated the tooth normal. No pain. No sensitivity.

The dentist at 1st Dental asked a few “get to know you” questions like “is Jenkins Italian? ” & “where is Wales? ” He wasn’t kidding, & this puzzled me. But I didn’t care about his geography skills, I just wanted my crown reattached.

He did normal things. He tested for sensitivity. There was none. They took X-rays. No major issues. He poked around & said there were no cavities, let’s just reattach it. Then he poked a bit more & determined there were 2 minor cavities. One in the tooth in question, & one in the tooth next to it. He seemed to struggle with a decision. He said they were so small he wasn’t sure what to do. His exact words “I’m not sure what to do. ” Then he decided he would drill & fill booth teeth before reattaching the crown. He said to the assistant, “we’ll drill around it, these are very small. ”

Well, he was in my mouth for a long time. He was angled awkwardly, apply a lot of pressure, & appeared to be struggling. Then he abruptly disappeared & let the assistant finish things off.

Normally, when I have dental work, the area is smoothed down & polished by the dentist. I went home with a very rough ragged back tooth.

To make a long story short, within a couple of days I began to feel poorly. Feverish, tired, with tooth sensitivity that increased over time. Sunday night (tonight) I had a headache on one side where the work was done. I looked at the teeth in the mirror & saw the gum above them had turned dark. I rubbed my finger along the front of the tooth that felt rough, & I think it’s cracked down the front. In fact I’m pretty sure of it.

I’m going to call them tomorrow. He took a minor problem & turned it into botched dental work that needs to be fixed. And made me ill as well. Fortunately I have some antibiotics at the house & put myself on them tonight.

Having had good dental care all my life, I took for granted that a professional was a professional & would do quality work. I’m very disappointed so far, & now have pain & a health issue that’s affecting my ability to function.

I’ll update this review after I have a chance to contact them again on Monday.

Hello,
I'm writing another review. Had a procedure today. Ashley, Nicole, and of course the office staff were very kind and I'm very happy with the service as usual
Dr. Bui has come thru for me more than once when I have had dental issues. I always recommend this office to everyone.
Thank you again
1st. Dental.

Customarily, I don't leave reviews unless I have received superior service or exceptional kindness from those who are performing an essential service for me. When I was seen by 1st Dental Care in Sierra Vista, I was absolutely blown away by the sweetness and the outstanding kindness shown to me by their hygienist, as well as by the office staff. Dr Bui did over and above what you'd expect from a dentist because of little extras he performed that were done complementarily, in addition to what he was needing to do.
Dr. Bui and staff are truly an outstanding Dental group in Sierra Vista, Arizona!

Needed a tooth removed and they ended up breaking part of my jaw. They let the numbing agent we're off before starting working on me, I was in severe pain and now the jaw bone is sticking out. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. NEVER AGAIN. BEWARE

Dentists are great. Hygienists are great. Office staff, particularly the accounting people, do not understand English and do not give full information.

I went in in excruciating pain. I was told I need a root canal and filling. When I went to talk about the money end of it, I said I need a FULL QUOTE for my out of pocket expenses for the root canal and one filling. My insurance doesn't cover the filling and only $1000. The number I was given wS $125 plus an additional $75 further filling. Was toldno. The $124 is crown only

One of the dentist was entirely too rough. It seems that he was working on 3 people at the same time. I was in the chair for three hours for a Root canal. I left there with a TMJ problem that I did not have before going there. I canceled all of my appointments with them.
