Dr Donnelly and her team create a positive dental experience. I’ve had an exam, fillings and Invisalign as part of my dental journey with this office and each step has been clearly communicated about. They have also been accommodating about fear of dental work. I would recommend this location to others looking for a good dentist.

This office is phenomenal, and would recommend it to anyone whether it's an emergency or general cleaning. The dentist was so gentle the entire time, all the staff were kind too. The care I received was hands down the absolute best I've ever received from a dental practice. I would come here a thousand times over again.

The new owner is a total creep run away from this place. When my wife and I decided to take our business elsewhere the owner not only harrased me by phone and text. He deleted our dental records when we had our new provider request our records. Very On professional staff. The last place in town i would have work on my mouth.

Beautiful office that offers state of the art dentistry. Dr. Donnelly and her team are caring, detail oriented, and efficient! Overall top notch!

Horrible customer service and treated our 18 year old daughter with zero respect. Owner followed her to parking lot and took pictures of her car for a consultation her parents were trying to pay. Very unprofessional and scary experience all for $79. So sad that our daughter had to encounter such scary and unprofessional experience.

The staff at 24th st.dental is truly the best! I saw Dr. Donnelly for some bonding on my top teeth and she did an incredible job – she worked with me to ensure they looked exactly the way I wanted them to. Every member of their care team is extremely kind to work with, and it’s easily the best dental experience I’ve had.

Just got home from my second major dental procedure in 2 months. If you want an honest review of how good Dr. Donnelly is, I fell asleep during both procedures. ASLEEP! I only woke up because I started snoring! I woke myself up snoring! No, I wasn’t put to sleep for the procedure, I was just relaxed and Dr. Donnelly is just extremely good at what she does. Dr. Donnelly truly is a wizard and I cannot speak more highly of her and her staff.
I don’t want to sound patronizing, or like I’m preaching, but everyone there is so friendly. Go on, head in for a check up, see a hygienist and get your teeth cleaned, you won’t regret it. And if you’re not happy, I’ll eat my hat. And I can eat my hat because my teeth are amazing now thanks to Dr. Donnelly!

Initially when I went to this dental office they had told me that they were in network in order to get me to come into their office upon completion of work that they did on my mouth I was presented with a $2,700 bill and which I had clearly told them that I had insurance be aware of this company's trickery because they are fraudsters I was been boozled into taking a credit-wise a type of credit card company so that credit card company would pay them money knowingly telling clients that they are in network so they would be forced to either go with this credit card company knowing that the patient wouldn't have that kind of money I initially put a nasty review on Google in regards to the practices to warn everybody in regards to what was going on in this office I was contacted by the owner who assured me who assured me that he would cancel and or withdraw the banks attempts to get me to pay them if I remove the review and which I did I received a big hit on my credit report from the bank wanting money so not only is this person lied to me this person is committing fraudulent activities and lying to me which at this point I don't trust anything that they say or do and to come to find out My mother had the same exact thing happened to her If you go to this dental office please please be aware that these people are committing this kind of activity this time I am not removing this review because this kind of activity has to stop or people need to be aware of it I am not going to pay them If they want to remove this product out of my mouth that's fine we need to go to court that's fine but the fact of the matter is is initially they knew they were not in network but the game is to get you in get you with the bill so they can be paid by this bank do not trust them. And this kind of trickery And I am forced to get the law involved and it's created a hardship on me horrible practices from this dentist.

My first time here and was a great experience all around. I didn’t feel like they were trying to move people in and out as fast as possible, appropriate time was taken for the cleaning and to talk through my concerns. All professional staff also clearly knew their stuff. I’ve found my dentist.

Can't say enough good things about this practice!:) Everyone who works here is extremely attentive and kind, from the front of the office to the back. The hygienist did a great job and described everything she was doing with care and detail. Dr. Donnelly was thoughtful and thorough as we discussed my long term dental goals and was mindful about what makes the most sense for me to prioritize right now. I'm looking forward to continuing my care here.

I am a new patient at 24th Street Dental Biltmore and I had an absolutely fantastic experience from the very moment that I walked in the door. There is plenty of parking and the practice is BEAUTIFUL! The staff was so friendly and seemed to actually enjoy their job (which I would say is pretty rare these days). Dr. Donnelly made me feel comfortable right away. She is highly educated and uses the latest technology which was all very impressive. I could tell she really cares about her patients based on the time she spent with me to review my treatment plan. They even sent me off with some sample products. I will recommend her to everyone!

Dental! I'm so happy with how my teeth have been taken care of by Dr. Donnelly. I’m such a perfectionist and she is too! Just what I was looking for. Don't accept anything less. Sometimes people can get annoyed when you see every little detail and want it taken care of. They are ultra patient and truly understand how important your teeth are.
Whether I need a cleaning or something chipped, they get me in when needed. The team is extremely accommodating. They will even try and get you on their days if you have an emergency! They go above and beyond.
The front desk staff is always so so positive and happy. Truly shows how well they are treated and they truly love their job and the people they take care of. Their customer service is extraordinary and makes me feel like I'm really looked after and cared for when I'm in their hands.

Dr. Donnelly, her husband Omar, and literally the entire staff at 24th Street Dental Biltmore are truly the best in the industry. I had a minor dental emergency that ended up with me needing a root canal, and I can say with confidence that this team worked tirelessly to see and treat me quickly. All of that said, there was nothing “quick” about the care I received. Dr. Donnelly and her team spent quality time learning about my symptoms, and used the latest technology to ensure an accurate diagnosis (onsite CT scanner, handheld X-ray machine, etc). As for the procedure itself, Dr. Donnelly’s advanced training and passion for continuing education was evident in her technique, as well as in my results. I know that going to the dentist is intimidating for a lot of us, myself included, but I feel a lot less intimidated having found this incredible practice.

My wife and I recently moved to Phoenix and were in the market for a new dentist. It's been years since I had my last cleaning. A friend recommended Dr. Donnelly since I live in the Biltmore area (helps it's maybe a 3 min drive from me).

Having previously lived in NYC, you get used to things being done effectively yet thorough and there's a certain level of quality you get used to there. Have to say, Dr. Donnelly and her staff exceeded all of those.

The hygienist was very thorough with my cleaning. I had a decent amount of tartar buildup from not having a cleaning done and they pretty much got all of it. Dr. Donnelly came in to see how I was doing, checked my x-rays and did another run-through herself. She was very thorough and took a good amount of time to make sure everything looked right (I was not expecting this).

Overall I was very satisfied with everything and plan on coming here regularly. Definitely recommend.
