I can’t recommend this place enough. We enrolled our son in the Super Lil’ Ninjas class and he looks forward to it every time. He’s improved so much and has so much fun. Senpai Chloe and Senpai Cheyenne are the absolute best and are so great with kids.

THIS.this is what sets this dojo apart from others. THIS saved my child’s sanity during Covid. When the world shut down this amazing dojo went virtual to keep kids going. Zach jumped into every single class offered. He stayed mentally & physically strong during a time of great fear and unknown. I am FOREVER greatful to each of the people from the front of the screen, to the hard work behind the scenes and the gracious staff who came up with the idea. THIS is our family, THIS is our home.

I've been to a few gyms but this gym feels very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. Im always geeted with a smile. The disipline I've gain while attending classes here has changed my life. Affordable and friendly.

We started our daughter for some self defense classes so we thought. We thought wrong, now the whole family is doing classes. This dojo has become such a positive for our family and I hope others share in this wonderful experience

Our family has been training at 2Knuckles for over 2 years now. The kids love the belting martial arts classes and the friends they have made. My husband and I are part of the fighter fit work out classes. We all have found a second family who help, encourage, challenge, and look out for each other in ways no other sport or gym or team we have been involved with. The instructors and staff strike that fine balance between structure, discipline and fun friendships. 2Knuckles has been a place where our whole family has been able to thrive and be active and healthy together even with my husband and my injuries, we are not only encouraged but assisted in staying active for ourselves and our kids. This is the one sport our kids have truly loved and stuck with due to the atmosphere and people.

2Knuckles is more than just an MMA gym. It's a family. All of the instructors here are exceptional, genuinely care and strive to see you improve. It's disciplined, structured, and most of all fun. This isn't just some fight club to come and punch something either. There's a purpose and meaning to what is taught here. Come here and try one of their free classes. Good times at 2 Knuckle Sports! Myself and 4 kids attend weekly classes and it has been so much fun! We have experienced Improved focus, better teamwork and better shape! Great place for families to work together and unite! Definitely recommend
