3 Minute Express Car Wash, Surprise AZ

This car wash is my fav. The staff is cool & they have everything you need. Sometimes the free wipes can be dried out, but that's not something always predictable. The membership is worth it.

Came here to get a quick wash and also use the vacuums for the first time last week. I picked the $8 wash but got the $15 one instead. Could have been operator error since I had to press more buttons after selecting the $8 wash. The vacuums worked well, and I liked the real micro fiber cloths they have. Wiped down my exterior to minimize water stains. The quick wash did a good job! I usually go to Cobblestone, but they're farther away now that I moved. Still like leaving everything to the professionals, LOL, but for the price this place is pretty good.

Used to be great. It's terrible now and raised the price 2.00. Don't take credit cards! Machine rejected bills! It was awful.

DON'T EVER GET A MEMBERSHIP! THEY'RE STILL CHARGING ME FOR A MEMBERSHIP I NEVER EVEN SIGNED UP FOR. I attempted to update the card on file for my membership last November and they started charging me for two memberships. Spoiler alert: still charging me despite taking to district manager Aaron numerous times. Now he's ghosting me despite me being nothing but polite (trust me I wanted to Karen). Finally got bank involved. Beyond incompetent.

Well laid out, very well-maintained, and very clean. Hard-working staff. I remember jobs in my youth where the motto was, "If you've time to lean, you've time to clean. Young man was after it today.

Great vacuum. I have, on occasion just dlipped in to use their vaccum. The crevice tool style is nice after the small one snacks.

I always carry my own micro fiber towels, but it's a very nice touch that they lend you some. Use a clean one, leave it to be laundered.

They have a great vacuum system that really gets the car super clean on the inside. I usually buy the $5.99 wash and it does a great job!

It is like any other car wash. The added value is the option to wipe off, vacuum, and air jet those water spots away with provided towels is spacious areas.

I’m changing my review because they really care about what the people have to say, their dryers hadn’t been drying well lately and they really went out of their way to install stations with microfiber clothes that we can use and they wash. Amazing, thank you!

3pm the vacuum sucked up my car key. Manager left the store for the day so I had no help. Stuck until they close so they can help me by 8pm but no guarantees that I will get my key back. Do I call the police so I can get my key back? What kind of bull is this? I am sure I am not the only one this has happened to.

Every single time I go there car wash does not work scans my code on my car will not let me enter he said it’s a system error get the system air fixed you talk to people there they try to help but then there’s only so much they can do I am heading there tomorrow to talk to the manager this thing happens every single week I go there I go there once a week if it’s ongoing problem get it fixed this is no way to run a business I will not be going back there anytime soon and I recommend other people To go to other car washes because they do not help the customers if I could give them zero stars I would give them zero

This is my go-to car wash. Love that it isn't too busy and everything is always in working order. The vacuums work well and there is always a bucket and brush for scrubbing off the bugs before the wash. Prices are reasonable and I am always able to get in and out of there quickly.

The best car wash location I ever Bern to. They have clean vacuums and brushes and solution for you to do your tires and windows before going in

Most affordable good car wash in the area in my opinion. Not a full service wash but it’s adequate for me most of the time. Clean, well-maintained, easy to use.

I would give 5 stars if their dryers were better.as of April 14th the dryers are worst than ever. Bring cloths to dry your car.

Quick clean for your dirty vehicle. And if a piece falls off of your truck, they have a lost and found. Very clean, convenient and thoughtful!

Super clean! Love the environment and the supreme wash! Always always vacs are free but make sure you pick up everything! Thankfully it wasn't important but can pick up pennies or even dollars bill's.

It's a car wash! It uses brushes to wash so don't expect touchless. We use these rarely, the young fellow at the entrance plays Vanna White pointing at signs. I guess it worked but was a little confusing, he would not talk to me. Vehicle was not very dirty so went for the $3 minimum that they advertised on the sign which worked for us. You get to the pay station and it tries hard to upgrade you to more expensive washes. If you are very dirty I would recommend upgrading! Free vacuums and air blowers to get into spots you can't vacuum!
