32nd St and Cactus - Goodwill - Retail Store and Donation Center reviews
19 This store has always been clean. The employees have always been friendly & helpful.
They play good music!
The employees at this location do not understand what items are worth. Everything at this location is 3 or 4 times more expensive than ALL other goodwill. Thus is not charity they are ripping people off!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!
Goodwills dishonest practices.just to let everyone know when
you walk in the door and you see a sign that says the color of the day is blue.meaning all blue tags will be 50% off well they don't want you to know that in the morning the staff races around the store and pulls the blue tags off the floor and takes them to the back.
And on top of that when you purchase something at the register they always ask you to donate the change.isn't there like a Goodwill in every corner nowadays.and what nonprofit has enough money for commercials on TV I don't know it just seems very dishonest when they're selling stuff that has been donated to them
This is a great Goodwill location. The customers, and employees are all extremely friendly and well-kept. The store is also clean and neatly stocked. It is easy to find items. Overall you feel safe in the store and we'll have a great visit.
Used to love this store but they got rid of the jewelry and tonight I noticed that their prices skyrocketed. They'll be losing a chunk of their core customer base if they aren't careful. 7th and third, 32nd and Greenway.better options
This Goodwill has some of the best stuff in the entire valley.electronics to dressers to tools.awesome place
Cleanliness was very poor especially the women's restroom. I arrived at goodwill about 9: 30 am right after they opened. The toilets looked like they haven't cleaned them for a couple of day and I'm not exaggerating.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ELECTRONIC AT GOODWILL. Goodwill doesn't test any electronics. All they do is plug them in to see if they have power. Bought a Sony receiver here. Took it home, it hums on all channels. GOODWILL DOESNT GIVE REFUNDS for faulty products. Only in-store credit. Seeing as I don't shop here, and that Goodwill is a FOR PROFIT company, it's a horrible policy. I will never shop at Goodwill again.
Large size and nicely organized, they don't have new goods like in the Tucson Goodwills but good products.
Nice helpful people clean place and a good selection of clothes and shoes and other accessories
Good deals on women's clothing if you look hard enough. Dressing rooms were dirty, needed to be swept. Dirt on floor made trying on clothes difficult. Only one person on register and line was backing up. Cashier kept her cool and a professional demeanor. Shelves were messy, disorganized. Otherwise, store was okay.
This is one of the worst Goodwill stores. All the sizes are mixed up in EVERY section, it is always dirty & the staff is not friendly. I avoid this location & that sucks because it's the closest to my house.
Prices are so high. I asked them to price something for me and they came back with some outrageous price. Won't be coming back to this store for a while.
As Goodwills go, I would not rate this on at the top. Dressing rooms were very dirty, clothes were slightly mixed up by size.
Very dissappointing. I purchased a piece of luggage for a trip the day before I left on the trip, which turned out to have been used by a smoker and comsequently ruined an entire suitcase worth of clothing (smell will not come out, despite many attempts to remove it). I tried to return the bag the day I got back (the earliest day possible for me to return it) and the store refused to give a refund or even store credit. Will not be returning.
A Second Look is one of my favorite consignment stores in Phoenix! Add on top of that 32 Shea, a dog-friendly patio and delicious salads and sandwiches with Gourmet coffee and a wine bar, and Aioli Burgers which is the best burger in town, you have a winning corner. A must visit.
Clerks are kind and helpful. The place smells better than any other Goodwill. Hello Goodwill HQ Team! I will not mind if the rest of the stores smell like this ome. It surprised me when walked in.
I asked them to hold a couple items for me due to the fact I needed to go get the money for it and come back because I didn’t have enough and they agreed to hold it until 8 pm. I got there at roughly 7: 50 to find out they had put everything back and everything had sold even when they specifically told me they could hold it. It was truly a disappointing experience. I don’t think I’ll ever shop here again.
This goodwill forgot they were a goodwill. Their prices are too high. Higher than new prices. When shown didn't care. Staff is rude. The cashier threw the pen at me to sign. Manager didn't care. Very rude people. Goodwill should remember, they're there to help poorer people and not compete with Nordstroms. Sad!
