This company is lazy, inattentive, and unprofessional. They would be happy to sit back, collect their dues, and perform not a single duty or service for the people they claim to serve. Property management in Phoenix generally stinks, and these guys do nothing to dissuade you from that opinion. Please! If you are looking into new property management. Do not pick 360!

I am the Prez.of my HOA and can say without reservation that communities should consider and HIRE 360 Community Mgmt. Dawn and Darren are organized, efficient, and very knowledgeable about all aspects of community management from the details of landscaping to construction to resident issues and even pool wiring and plumbing issues. They respond to emails and calls promptly. Their communication is clear and direct. While we transitioned from our previous mgmt.company they guided us and provided a weekly schedule of deliverables. They gave the board weekly updates, sometimes daily, and our transition was very smooth. They have made multiple visits to the site to become familiar with our community and really get a good sense of what our needs are so our community thrives.

Unprofessional, last night I needed to use the emergency contact number and it got completely ignored, today they tell me plumbing issues in my condo are not their responsibility, but they will get a property manager over to talk to me as he is already on site. About an hour later I have to call back because no one has been by or called me back and they claim to have told me in the first phone call that I had to call a professional plumber. Every person I talk to immediately passes the buck.

Sadly our community pool is the one pictured below- and it is in that state because it is a shared pool and the other HOA/ property management company refuses to follow the rules: (It looks this way despite 360’s best efforts (and should not be a reflection of them).

We have had an amazing experience working with the Community Managers at 360 Community Management. They are consummate professionals, dedicated to the profession- which means that they are always looking for ways to help us improve our community

Manages near by HOA. Left a green pool filled with mosquitos for months until Maricopa County forced them to put larvicide down. Larvicide is literally less than ten dollars to treat a pool. This is negligence.

Our community was in a shambles when we sought out 360. We hired him not knowing quite what to expect. He worked with us and was able to get things done that the previous management company could not do. 360 transformed the appearance of our community so positively, that my thoughts changed to "how nice our community looks now. " I like them. I like what they have done. I see the value in what they bring to our community.

Darrin Maurer tries to help people to the best of his ability. Every encounter I have had with him has been pleasant. He has created an amazing management company and cares for community. Dawn Hardas has amazing customer service and is friendly.

I’ve been working with Darrin as a HOA president for 2 years. This company has gone an OUTSTANDING job of helping us clean up our community and totally revitalize the complex. If you read the other posts by homeowners and tenants complaint about Darrin doing his job, you will want him as your property manger for your community.

I have read recent posts denigrating the management of 360 Community Management. I have dealt with four management companies in the last three years. Without equivocation, 360 Community Management is superior to the other three. The owner, Darrin Maurer, and his employees are proficient and customer oriented. If you are looking for a management company for your HOA, look no further, 360 is an excellent choice!

The Management representative (Daren) came to my Unit today with impolite and unprofessional way to tell me remove a nice plant and chairs from the front of my unit. Even if it is an order from the Management, the person who presenting that Management should be professional enough to speak with the owners of the Units, this person threatened me to pay fine through the Lawyer. He made me feel that I am not in my own Unit, like I am in a jail with very limited freedom.

So, this company has made some major progress on dealing with the main issues I had in my previous review. They have towed all the abandoned cars from our property and have been making progress on the improvements they promised. Once the painting is done, I may even give them 5 stars. Thank you 360!

The property management company that 360 Property Management replaced for Parklane HOA in Phoenix in October 2017 (i.e, Mutual Management Corp.) was extremely owner friendly, courteous and efficient. They knew how to take care of things and they supported the HOA owners. 360 is not that way. If you send them an email, you never hear back. It could be shortage of staff. It could be other.

I live in Sedona but own a condo in the Phoenix area as well. I've worked with community management companies in both locations, and on both sides of the table. By that I mean that I have been both a member of the community and had to deal with firms to get issues resolved, but that I've also been a board member and have dealt with multiple companies in my daily interactions on behalf of our members.

I am impressed by 360 Property Management. You consistently know where you stand with this firm. The board has had one contact person and one only for the years we've been using 360 and this is COMPLETELY different than most. People come and go through these companies on a weekly basis it seems - but not with 360. Essentially, it's a small enough business where you are dealing with the owner. He's a tough guy - he's a rules enforcer. You set up the rules, as the board, and he's there to enforce them. That's why he might get a bad review on occasion from a resident - but hey, that's not 360, those are the rules you have to live with in your community!

We count on 360 for their knowledge. Our contacts there are familiar with the city of Phoenix rules and regulations, what can and can not be done in a Condo community, and so forth. This is all stuff you need to expect from a good management company, and these guys have what you need in that department. They make good recommendations, and they follow up quickly with accounts receivables to ensure it doesn't get out of line and hurt the HOA. They are sometimes a bit slow on the switch when it comes to requests through emails and so on, but that's just part of the process of trusting a small company with your community. The point is, they're honest, they aren't going to be changing up the team every three weeks, and you know what you get. Plus, their prices are reasonable. The owner can be a bit opinionated - but that's the way I am as well. You need someone with an opinion when it's as legal-infused as this business is. I would highly recommend them.

They clearly having a bias towards the HOA that pays their fees. Disappointed in the lack of professionalism in facilitating and managing board of directors meetings. Contradicts himself on homeowners rights to have a voice in the meetings, first he says no then he at a later point in the meeting notes that the open forum is the place for homeowners to have a voice. No deep level of thinking, not bothering to get background information before assuming. They are ok with Board Members yelling at homeowners. Unfair and unequal treatment of homeowners/ Rogue Board members? Illegal?

What a breath of fresh air this company is! A real live person answers the phone and I have never waited more than 24 hours for a response. Our community recently switched to them after years and years of neglect from our past management company (Mutual Management) which left our property with so much deferred maintenance it will take years and lots of $$$ just to repair what is falling apart. It took months for 360 to get everything from the old company (still waiting for some of it) which caused delays in responses to some owners.

I have found 360 staff to be responsive to questions and maintenance requests -updates are available on our own account in our community web portal. I sent in a repair request and the next day the project information was available- which contractor was coming, when they would be there, what kind of work was going to be done and what the next steps are.

During the management transition there is bound to be a few glitches, much like when you start a new job and you are working through learning that companies processes, so far we haven't experienced anything concerning.

We are looking forward to working with a company that is responsive and taking an active interest in bringing our property up to the standards it deserves!

They are not managing well at all. Started out good, guess the honeymoon is over. The Property Manager takes to much personally, keeps it up they will be sued for fair housing.

Very bad management! Very rude people! They steal your money. Also, they don't even have an actual landlord. So unprofessional and so pathetic.
