4 Used Tires, Phoenix AZ

Needed a new tire in the late hours of the evening. These guys had a really good tire and the price was inexpensive. They changed my tire fast. Much appreciated.

This place is a rip off. Past two times they put a tire on my vehicle and hours later it's flat. We tried to return it but they wouldn't allow it. All sales final they said. One time I'm pretty sure they put my tire right back on my car that I asked to switch out with one I bought. I went to the food City next to the place and came back out they said they were done but the timing didn't add up. They shouldn't have had my tire taken off the car. And off the rim, another put back on the rim and the tire back on the vehicle in the short amount of time I was gone. My suggestion is don't take ur eyes off then and don't buy tires unless you want to have a flat later that day. If I could rate negative 5 stars I would.

I got a great tire and the price was reasonable! The gentleman who put on my tire was so courteous and kind! Thank you for the great service and I hope more people will come here!

Miguel and the other guys during the day are wonderful. There are two guys overnight who cheated me out of money. If you can avoid going there after hours, just wait until the morning. The manager never called me back about that incident. I still go because of the daytime crew.

Always open and they always have my tire sizes. I tell everyone to go there when they need tires.

Made a quick stop cause my tire blew on the freeway and these guys were amazing, quick, Nice, and affordable! Thanks guys

Fast and cheap good people never have an issue with them i know what im paying for is cheap so i dont expect much but over all never had any problems with there tires

Service was very slow and there was nobody else waiting. Not only did they take forever but they broke my hubcap over tightening. Whats worse is they didnt let me know about it and tried to ignore me thinking I wouldn’t notice. Tires were good tho but don’t expect good customer service. The old man there doesn’t know what hes doing

If I could give no stars I would. I’m here in my car while they fix a leak for $10 after they sold me the used tire with the leak in it two weeks ago for $40. I work from home so I haven’t been doing much driving - a week ago I noticed that the tire needed air. Yesterday it was almost completely flat. I brought it back today and they said they would patch it for $10.

I had a tire issue and since Walmart ordered the wrong tires for me I wanted to find something on the less expensive side. I came here at 1230 am and got 2 great front tires for $80 installed. Friendly workers and quick efficient service.

Waited 40 minutes for them to tell me they couldn't fix my tire because their compressor was down. They also broke one of the studs & said that I would have to take it to a mechanic to get it fixed.

Not a good experience at all. I bought a tire from them 7 days ago. That tire blew out today. It wore down to the threads just in the last few days. Now I’m worried because I bought another tire from them 4 days ago.

The tire they showed me was old, descusting, and they wanted like 20 bucks more than any other place around there. Just go up one more intersection to 35th Ave & Bethany home there's another 24 hr place that's WAY better with better tires & cheaper.

Went here last week for a used tire, next day my tire is making my vehicle shake while it’s being driven. I go back & talk to an night worker. He switches the front tire, with the back? No use of doing that because I was back again 2 days later for the same reason. I had to call And talk to Miguel (the manager). The worker finally replaced the physical tire the third time going back. FINALLY it’s back to normal That tire was a bad tire.

The guy over here spoke very little English and I tried my best to make him understand. He was also rude as I asked $10 for the service as the price he asked was very high. He was busy with lot of customers so he really didn't care. I was trying to explain and he asked me to go somewhere else which is very rude. Would never go again.

Earlier this week, I had to get a new tire asap and of course like many others. The price needed to be budget friendly. After a few hours of searching and calling for the right tire shop, I found this place. The moment I stopped by, I felt like they valued my business. I instantly received good customer service and was out driving with a new tire in under 30 mins. I found this place to be conveniently located on 27th Ave & BethanyHome Rd.
*I was so impressed by the amount of time it took that I completely forgotten to take a pic while I was there.

Had a very bad experience with these guys. The guy over the phone said one price and when I went there the guy who received me said another price. I agreed and asked to be careful with the tires. That guy said I could go to another shop and he doesn't want to work on my car. This is the type of custom service you get, 1st not agreeing for the price on the phone and then denying service. Very unprofessional people work here.

I brought two old tires from the 50's that were filled with gunk and hard to remove. I needed to get it to roll and have the new tires hold air. They did it 50% cheaper than anyone else in the valley, and gave me two very fresh looking tires at no additional charge just to make sure I was a happy customer. The place is easy to find, could be cleaner but it's a tire shop, what should I expect? The owner is very nice, and the staff is great. I highly recommend them, just don't expect a super clean environment. 5 stars (flat tires are the original, car on trailer with brand new front tires! Now for the restoration part!)

I wouldnt reccomend this place. I went because i thought i had a nail in my tire. Turns out i didnt and they charged me $10 to clean dust off my tire lol idk if its because i am a female or.

This place will always take care of you. Multiple times I've had bad tires on cars I'm working on, they always hook me up and do it right. Even taking the time to bring my son a ice pop during the summer. There my #1 go to for tires! Love you guys!
