48th and Baseline - Goodwill - Retail Store and Donation Center, Tempe AZ

I always donate stuff here, and I'll buy towels, blankets, or sheets for my foster kittens. There were not too many people here, so it was nice.

This store is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and courteous. The customers are easy to get along with.

Lots of great finds! One downside is if you find lots of fun stuff you can't take the cart out of the store

The customer service was outstanding and my fiance and i went too the Saturday 50% off day and got a great deal today!

Everything was way overpriced. Some of their shoes were selling for more than they sell brandnew. If you're looking for a good deal, this isn't the place.

No customer service just wanted to look at something behind the glass case and asked for help with two employees behind their registers.one wasn't doing anything the other was helping a customer. They made me wait 15 minutes and no one ever came over I just said eff it and left. I won't be coming to this Goodwill location ever again

They are very busy tolking to each other one had long hair NOT in A Net and it was 11: 30a not a pizza was ready the $5 ones it took 20 mins to get it

The store has good stuff and the staff is nice, very nice actually, but the people who hang around inside and out on a Saturday night are out there. Had a lady ask me for a quarter as I was walking to my car so she could "buy a Christmas candle" in August. Kay.

Back section is a little disorganized and displays a bit random. For a Goodwill it was okay but the music was so loud I left after a quick walk through. Check out lady was really friendly!

Prices too high as with all/most Goodwill stores; however, they offer a tag color each day which allows you half off those items. They don't offer that in MI. Treasures to be found if your willing to put in the time:)

It's fine to shop there as long as you don't have any need to deal with management. Management is ill-equipped to provide decent customer service let alone resolution to issues. Store Lead Rebecca is both rude and dishonest.

Prices are too high. May as well by it brand new. RIDICULOUS PRICES FOR USED STUFF THAT USED AND DONATED.

I've been to quite a few and this is a descent one, not the best or the most spectacular. Nice size for this area. Well needed I say. Overall stays consistently busy not to much of a crowd nor broken items. Plenty of toys and womens clothing for sure. Electronics no and furniture no. Clean doesn't smell and friendly staff. People seem to stay more than 15 mins browsing. Its a good Goodwill.

They have a great selection of clothes and the music they play is fun too, it was like 80s punk mostly. The two employees that helped me were super friendly and helpful!

Found this great blanket at Goodwill but without a tag! Fortunately this store has FANTASTIC customer service! Now im going home with a warm comforter, for $2.99!

They have hard working employees that are willing to help you anytime! They need all your donation you can give them!
