15Person without a mask in the store and no one did anything. People wearing masks that didn't cover their nose including some workers.
Just so-so, not very organized.
Prices too high for the used items you are getting.
There are other thrift shops that I prefer to browse in the East Valley.
Prices at Goodwill have shot through the roof.and of course, right when America is in a tough spot. Then they ask you to donate. Nope.sorry.just did!
The mgr was rude. He said we (myself and another customer) giving them a hard time. We were returning items that didn't work. He told a women to take it home and make the repairs herself.
Its amazing to me people complain about getting poor service at Goodwills. Find item, put in cart, repeat, pay. How much assistance does that require? Getting items for next to nothing and being able to return them if needed is not enough?
Very nice lady at the register! You can tell she loves people by the way she treats them, inspirational and kind! We need more people like HER. -Plus my daughter's got cool tie dye t-shirts and a flannel button up for $6 each. I got a leather sony camera bag for $12, AWESOME!
It was just ok. I picked a shirt that unfortunately did not have a tag. The sweet cashier paged 3x's for assistance never came. Selected another shirt. Poor service to me & the cashier too
Really friendly and helpful staff. There is a large selection of clothing here with a good amount of other objects. The building is also quite clean.
Clean and very organized. Don't appreciate that the dressing rooms are locked. Overall, can't go wrong with GOODWILL!
Every time I go there, they have just what I need for great prices. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well organized store.
Selection was okay, but the temperature inside of the store, being very hot, made it an uncomfortable shopping environment
Overpriced even on 1/2 off days. Don't restock much. Don't try to find hidden treasures at this one.they don't go out. Go to the one on 32nd and Chandler Blvd. Bigger, cheaper, and constantly restocking. But that tends to keep you there longer. Lol.
This place really needs a good cleaning and maybe some staff that could keep things picked up and put away. I realize its minimum wage people but you HAVE a job why not do it well?
Found a lot of nice things here, some of their clothes look as if no one even wore them. I would come back again.
The worst goodwill store ever. I will never go or suggest going, especially if your looking for plus size clothes. They don't have a good selection like the other stores do.
