I was in there this morning to get a basic pedicure. I say in the chair for 30 minutes and no one said a word to me. I got up and left.

At first it was OK. Julie does a great texting campaign with customers, but the service is sub-par. I went in with my granddaughter the day before my wedding to get a nice spa pedi treatment. She skipped the leg massage and gave me the bill until I reminded her that the menu said leg massage as well. I really felt cheated and rushed as a fairly regular customer. When she texted me again, and said she hadn’t seen me in a while, I said, and you won’t be seeing me ever again due to poor service. I always felt that the pedi was rushed.
In NYC, I got great pedicures for $20. I think they believe they can provide poor service to non-savvy PV customers. They don’t realize we come from all over and we know what deluxe service is. This is not it. I am still looking for a great place here in PV and not having much luck.maybe other techs there are better? Just letting you know.

Super disappointed, very pricey, not quality work!
After my initial visit, I returned, and the nail tech re-did my nail and they still came out not looking like a fresh pedicure!
I Had to go to a different salon to have them done, right.
I don’t mind paying for quality, but that is not what I received here at all.

I love the ambience they are sensational at giving pedicures ask for Mike key put you in Zen the best pedicure I ever had and I am 51 years old. Everything they do is a masterpiece.

I got a brand new gel full set, with a tip that ran me roughly $80. The set was poorly done as far as the painted tips go. Three days later, one of them completely fell off, it didn’t break it just came unattached. I came in and paid for a nail repair. During the repair, the technician who repaired my nails was visibly shocked with how they looked, questioning who at the salon did that. She took a bunch of photos of my nails, and she shook her head in disbelief. She even called another tech to the table and she concurred they looked terrible.

Two days pass, and another entire nail fell off. I came in and also showed them where the other nails were lifting because my nail tech didn’t cure them properly. I asked for a refund or to take this set off and put a new set on. A brand new set should not have nails straight up falling off, I didn’t break them. They said no to both requests, and said I would have to pay for the repair as well. I have been getting gel sets for 10 years consistently, have never had a set this poorly done. I have super low standards, and have never complained or published a review about my nails but this was really bad. I would stay away and believe all the reviews listed that speak to similar instances.

Clean, friendly. They are never on time with appointments, so you just know you're going to have to wait. They do an okay job at dip and gel. Tend to have a lot of pooling when they are done. But you know what you're going to get when you go

I have gone to this shop for years. However, the last three times I have made an appointment they were overbooked and I had to wait over a half hour just to get in a chair. They are not respectful of those making appointments. I will not go back

Went for a fill the other day, one lady filed my polish off, then put on a primer that I told her I was allergic to, she no no this is bond. I brought my own acid free primer. The another woman did the fill. Then another lady was going to do the polish, she kept taking walk in wax customers, three in total, left me sitting there. She did an awful job painting, left half of two nails incomplete, showed up because it was red. For the last two days my nail beds are swollen and hurt because of that moron that didn’t listen or didn’t understand. I have never been so angry at a place until now.
They only care about the$$$$ and nothing else! Don’t go there!

My husband and I go in once a month for pedi's. The girls are all great! They are all very pleasant, and our feet and legs feel amazing when we are done. I also enjoy the massage chair.
I have had my nails done twice now, and I have no complaints.

I went in for a gel fill and the man I had did really sloppy job l paid for french tips and you could see the old color I had on before. I said something and he acted like he couldn't understand me

My first time here and was very happy with my nails. Danny is great and I won't go anywhere else.

Way better service, prices, and cleaner salons around town. I wasn't thrilled getting a pedicure for $35 and done by the time my kids were who are under 10. They atleast got massages.

After 3 days four of my nails fell off.i went back to get them fix and they dont even look the same there not even the same shape

My daughter and I both got full sets. Hers were acrylic coffin shaped matte in a mauve type of shade. Mine were pink gel with a french tip. Both came out beautiful! And our nail techs actually held up conversations with us. Friendly, professional and experienced! Both of us will definitely return!
