7-Eleven, Tucson AZ

I wish I was scared to enter because all of the employees and all of their friends were standing out front and stared at me as I approached in my vehicle and then as I got out of my car they split up as a group and someone inside some to the left and some to the right. It was late at night and I thought I was about to get mugged, once inside the lady was aggressive and in a huge hurry to get back outside on her break, she had no clue how to use the 7-Eleven app and she took my phone from my hands and tried to show me that I was confused, but in fact, she should have never ever touched my phone and also she had no clue how the 7-Eleven app works.

This is not the case for all the employees but the gentleman tonight. Was yelling and screaming at me from the moment I walked in. He demanded I leave my purse and bag at the front door. I asked him why as I have never stolen anything from the store. I have even paid for things that other people have stolen. He is cussing at me a yelling at me that I can't buy anything. I comply with his demands. As I am getting my drink he starts running up on me. I am 5'3 and he is over 6 ft tall. I ask him for to talk to me like that and please don't run up on me. He keeps saying you people you people. As he rings me up he keeps saying he is having a bad day and I should have just listened. At this point I start to cry I have never done anything to this cashier and all he does is yell at me since the first day I met him. He is always bragging on the phone to someone about how he messed up this customer.

I was involved in a very brutal accident in the parking lot last week. The lovely cashier was quick to call 911 fort my friend and I as well as come outside to check on us, making sure bleeding areas were covered, and we were as comfortable as we could be given the circumstances and without moving us. I forget her name but thank you so much for your consideration.

I normally have a great experience when I go into this store. The gentleman that works at night usually when I am stopping in is incredibly friendly. However tonight the lady with long brown hair pulled back into I guess too tight of a pony tail that must be giving her a headache resulting in her poor attitude and unwelcoming demeanor. I was standing with my purchase in hand checking which account I wanted to use and if I needed to transfer funds, she rudely asked if I was ready “your just standing there”

I am ready just checking my bank account. I didn’t realize this was such an egregious offense.

Now for the grand finale. The chip in my card doesn’t read and I’m from Phoenix and so is my bank. So it’s been worn and I don’t have time to run to Phoenix or wait for the new one just yet. However my card does work, I just have to slide
The magstripe. I just purchased a lottery ticket two nights before with the same method so I know it’s her just not liking my presence from the get go for whatever reason. (I assume because I look quite adorable in my overalls and space buns but I digress)

It read waiting for cashier she decides it’s just my card even though the god dang thing chimed in all capitalistic glory at my candy bar purchase.

I’m still in a great mood despite not being able to get my
Chocolate crunch caramel fix, and the bag behind the counters even less interesting poop mood. Hopefully the b gets some d and stops treating random strangers like dirt for no reason.

This store is clean, well stocked, and has the nicest employees. No other store in the area even compares.

Over the top customer services. This team goes out of there way to be a value to the community and does it with a unbreakable smile!

The little guy who works here is a con artist. He keeps trying to sell me additional nicotine products under the guise of free when I'm charged up to 5 additional bucks for them. When I try to tell him I dont want them he insists and forces them into my bag. 1 star. Find a QT or a circle k.

Happy for many years patronizing this location.
However, recently, they refused to honor a price advertised in their window.
Really bad news.
Maybe you won't be cheated like me-up to you.

I love my neighborhood 7 eleven. The folks who work here are all friendly and helpful and they do a great job keeping it clean and fully stocked.

Google has this listed as closed they this Location is not closed and will not be closing in the near future. Amazing selections of snacks and beverages and the staff amazing.

THEY ARE DEFINITELY OPEN COME ON IN AND SEE THEM

They definitely love their jobs and customers. Unlike the other Gas stations in the area.

Where to start Amazing amazing staff always treat me like family Michael Theresa Verna Erica and Janvi always have a smile on their face.

The store is well kept always has what I need and then more. Definitely a step above Circle k and QT never a bad experience at this 7 eleven.
