7-Eleven, Tucson AZ

I've been a customer here since I was a kid. I moved away for nearly ten years and with different owners, they still deliver exceptional customer service. I see mostly 4 people working at every hour of the day total. They know my usual order and are polite and efficient. I even prefer to go here than somewhere else closer to my workplace to get the same things i get daily or every other day. Thanks to your staff here for always being kind and efficient. I appreciate you all very much!

They try to charge you extra here! Read the reviews, they charged me for a large coffee when I had a small. I had to check them. Indian style!

This place is absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't eat anything from here. Month old expired food. Rotten apples in the bin. Mold and dirt everywhere. Just disgusting.

If it's not the soda machine, it's the coffee machine. Every time I go, SOMETHING is broken. The coffee machine has been out for a while, and today he just laughed and agreed with me and said "yeah sorry man we don't know when that's gonna be fixed. " Which I guess I get but not reassuring at all. Also, seem to be missing name soda brands like AW, Arizona, and others when I look.
Update 12-12-21: Still no coffee machine. While I was there, the gentleman infront of me also asked when it would be back, in which he was also told they didn't know. Going on about a month or so now.

I have been going to this store for 20 years and always a friendly staf. The guy at nights is always working.

We cruised up, a bunch of grown adults, parked our cars to get some pictures and were going to come in and get snacks but the guy locked the doors, refused us and other customers AND called the cops on us. Which backfired on him because we didn't do anything wrong and the police made him let us come in, still definitely gunna be a Karen and match dudes energy, sent a complaint in to corporate, were all heading to qt now. ‍️ Bad business.

Friend lost a wallet and someone found it in the parking lot and returned it to the people working at 7/11. Awesome people with awesome morals. 5/5

Needed gas so I searched gas stations while in Goole maps. Went here and they don't sell gas! Should not be listed under gas station! Didn't give them 1star because I don't know who's fault this is. Lol

This was a favorite of my family for the 11 years we lived in the foothills. The staff has always been helpful and pleasant.
