This is one of the cleaner Goodwills and organized good Goodwills I've ever been to the help was very courteous that I didn't have a price on one of my items and one of the women hanging the clothes up went right over and took care of it for me better quality stuff than I've seen in any of the other stores on 75th Avenue and Thomas thank you to all the great service at that store
I've been going to the career center for the past couple weeks, the ladies there are very helpful, professional, and patient. Thank You and Much Love.
Goodwill offers good hope. This particular location has employees whom are more willing to be helpful. The merchandise at this location is not as good as others.
Called to ask about donation and the women who answered the phone was very rude she seemed as if I was a burden to her and I had to repeatedly ask for the number to the donation center then she just hung up on me
They have BED BUGS! Bathroom has cockroaches. What is going on here. The health department needs to shut this place down! Nasty!
Bad trashed out trash everywhere no announcement but the store is losing couldn't find nothing employee didn't welcome u workers wasn't wearing goodwill vest I'd never visit that store again or shop there
Too loud of hiphop music. Couldnt enjoy my shopping experience becayse the staff was blaring the radio. Had to leave.
Not a clean place, very messy. The bathrooms looks like it's never been cleaned, very smelly. The staff are rude and don't know how to give customer service. The prices are a little high. If you want to go to goodwill, Go to Laveen, AZ. It's better. You will love it
I love going here. The staff are friendly and if you need help finding something, they gladly point you in the general area where it would be found. I read all the negative reviews and to be quite honest, majority of them seem like they come from someone who isn't used to a thrift store. Such as the one with bed bugs. To me and many people I know, rule #1 is to never buy couches or mattresses from a thrift store. Anyway, I love going to Goodwill. Keep up the good work guys.
Packed on half price day waiting in line 4 10min and there closed that line had to get in a longer line.
