7th and Bell - Goodwill - Retail Store and Donation Center reviews
19ALOT of selection at this particular store, found the tablecloth that I needed right away. Healthy selection of electronic gadgets.
If this review is only about an employee named Jacob, it would be 5 stars although I am rating my overall experience. The store is clean, prices fair but the management team was less than responsive. My purchase required a manager to process the transaction, it took ten minutes for someone to arrive. It would have been fine, but she did not even acknowledge me. No eye contact, no hello, no smile, no thank you for waiting. She did not speak until I asked how I can get in contact with their corporate office regarding a review. Thank goodness Jacob does not follow that example.
This is a very nice store. The people working there are very kind. Store was clean and organized.
I stopped into this Goodwill to just check out so clothes. This location isn’t my local Goodwill and is out of my way. I’ll be shopping at this location for now on because the staff had great customer service and I got a bunch of brand new clothes!
I always find some new and interesting things at Goodwill. Sometimes I'm looking for specific items, and other times I find things I never knew I needed. Prices seem to be higher than usual right now, but otherwise a pretty good experience. Store was fairly organized, and the personnel was friendly.
The store was very nice and I'll admit though there was no XXL shirts but it was nice. So I give it a 4 star overall
Employee called the cops, said I was shoplifting when in fact I was not. Cops confirmed that, but also confirmed my 3 year old traffic warrant. Oh well took care of it but embarrassing the least to be accused of stealing!
The blonde cashier with the Marilyn Monroe hair always has an amazing attitude, whenever I go there he makes me laugh I love his customer service. The store is pretty neat. It’s cleaner than most stores I’ve seen.
The selection, value and quality at any goodwill depends on the day. Usually this store has a lot to choose from, so that makes the experience enjoyable. Howevrr, the customer service, mire specifically, the employees are just plain inappropriate, video and disrespectful to most of their patrons. Very stuck up andpadsige v aggressive towards most customers
Blue color of the day but the only things I could find with that color were plain t-shirts and cheap shorts. Regular stuff is overpriced. They get it for free, bring back cheaper prices.
I'll shop there before and I like the store and the staff. And the casher gave me great information about a center that you can buy items by the pound. I heard the advertising on the radio.
That store was rude and ignorant. 30.00 for a torn not even leather bag. That's why I dont donate and won't go back
There. You can tell them I said so
This store sucks I belive that this store employees are very disresctful and like to jump to the gun and start to make false lies about there shoppers and makes them feel so un wanted in this store to the point you don't even want to keep shopping SO WE DON'T WE JUST GO HOME
It's gross and unsanitary and the prices are horrible. 17$ for a shirt? I don't think so but other than that is alright I guess
Newer Goodwill that is open and clean. As with any second hand thrift you have to dig to find treasures.
Every other Saturday everything is half off. The store is packed but doesn't have enough staff or lines open. Prices could be a bit cheaper as well.
This store has the rudest employees and the highest prices on the garbage they put out and also I didn't want bedbugs as an extra bonus to my shopping nightmare. Also the restroom smelled like it hasn't been cleaned in month's.
Went there today to buy a cheap table. The table was all the way at the back of the store so the cashier told me to pull my truck along the side to the donation area so that it can be easier to load. So I tell my fiance to pay and I go move my truck. When I pull around a young man is waiting there with a bin so I tell him that I'm waiting on a table he then rolls his eyes and asks if I have a receipt. I tell him no because my fiance is inside paying and they were going to give us a ticket. The guys says I'm not going to argue with you and walks back into the store. 2 seconds later I see the cahsier come and explain to him that we are buying the table at that point I call my fiance inside and tell her not to purchase it. I went back into the store and talked to the manager who apologized and appears to know about the issue but left it at that. So we left. Never has such poor customer service.
Just spent 20 minutes inline for the manager with tatoos on his face to tell me they priced the items wrong and wanted to charge me double.
This is widely considered the worst goodwill in the valley.
This has the worst staff of any goodwill, the worst inventory and us by the slowest for obvious reason.
This is the next goodwill to be shutdown its a dead goodwill
