7th St & Thunderbird Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center, Phoenix AZ

This location is the WORST! The manager and staff overprice everything to almost full blown retail even though it's used items. Some items are a fair price like cds and records but otherwise this Goodwill is a joke as is the manager. I'd go somewhere else if you are looking for used shoes or clothes. Wish I could give this Goodwill a negative rating but sadly I can't.

Sign clearly said “50% off all day Saturday” with no date no signs anywhere.first announced while I was in line to pay and mgr said “no” and then put up dates for next weekend!
Not my fault they forgot to display correct date! He was mean and rude about it! Where’s the customer service at? !? !?

Good deals to be found but wow the employees customer service is horrible. While picking at something in her mouth while checking out she asked me to take off all my hangers to save her from doing it while she checked me out. I’m sorry do I work here now? How lazy can you be? And after buying a lot she didn’t thank me or say a word.

Not family friendly one of the workers were really rude after we had already said no I wish I got her name to call corporate

Well I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Very family UNFRIENDLY. I realize a lot of stores have a policy about not having shopping carts in the bathroom. However if there are NO item in my cart and I have 2 kids under 2 a cart is needed to keep my children OFF THE FLOOR.

The bathrooms is disgusting, the toilet paper rolls were on the floor just disgusting and the doors to the back were open so you could see on the broken boxes and clothes on the floor in the back, just disgusting!

If it were possible to leave no stars I would. This location the manager there is so rude, it is beyond my comprehension how she got into management to begin with. Mary is her name. I've never ever been treated so rudely or been so disrespected at a store in all my years of shopping at goodwill. And I will be reporting her to corporate. You better believe that. I highly recommend not ever going to this location until they get new management in there. I give this store 2 thumbs down

Every time I visit this store everything is well organized and by color. For me it makes it easier that way I only look through the colors I like. Thursdays are my favorite days, it's a dollar! (Look at the front of the store to see what color is a dollar. Every item has a color tag.)

It's really hard to judge this location.staff there are generally good, don't go out of way much though; and prices on items are about retail; considering that most, if not all their items are donated, why don't they lower prices by 60/70%? Anyhow, nice store, cool things, gotta really love items to buy them.

Medium-Large size, mostly clothing with smaller wares and appliance section. Has public bathroom and plenty of parking space; not usually crowded.

Newer store, discovered it while they were remodeling, friendly, nice inventory, well laid out, spacious.

Very organized. Not enough clerks to help check people out. Scanner did not work at checkout stand I was at so the clerk had to type everything in. Guy behind me was very impatient. Clerk handled it fantastically!

Cost more than most thrift stores! I did some browsing. Nothing was worth the price. I will most likely not be going back, unfortunately. I do like going to thrift stores but this is not the one for me!

Very clean and well organized store. Much better selection of men's clothing than other Goodwill stores.

Dumpster for clothing. Clothing sizes are rarely correct in the racks. No treasure trove of cool things. Stuff you won't but at a yard sale and some prices are high and laughable

Good selection but had to wait 5 minutes before getting rung up. Then an additional 5 minutes for someone to come check my $50 bill. Smh

Good location, but prices are raising which I think is not right. They are used & donated merchandise and clothing. The priced beeec to be cheeper.
