I scheduled because I lost my crown and they got me in the next day! Other than than the quick appointment, the staff made the difference. From front office to back office they were all amazing! All very courteous, polite, friendly and they really cared for my comfort. I got great service, the crown made, and put in all in the same day! I have found the dental office I will use from now on! Best dental in Prescott Valley and Prescott in my opinion. Been a patient since they opened and wouldn't go anywhere else. Every one is so professional and personable.

I have had many dentist appointments in my life but 89A Dental is by far the best office I have been to. Dr. Steele and her hygienists and assistants are fantastic. I have never had a permanent crown put in the same day and this one was painless and feels excellent. I cannot recommend this office with any higher score. Everyone that I have met there is exceptional from the front office, billing, to the hygienists and dentists. I am so grateful for the recommendation to go to 89A Dental. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing a dentist.

They DO NOT handle dental emergencies. A dental emergency means your in pain and in need of URGENT care. You cant wait two days for an appointment. Why be in a profession where the main service is to take care of people in distress if ypur just going to turn them away?

Highly recommend! This is the most comfortable dentist office I have ever been to. The dentist (Dr. Howden) and hygenist (Brooke) are absolutely fantastic professionals and truly gifted in patient care. The front desk staff are highly experienced in the management of administrative tasks and making patients feel welcome upon entering the nicely decorated office. My dental exam was very meticulous and my cleaning was a pleasant experience. Dr. Howden and staff are so friendly and helpful in explaining everything and treat their patients like family. Best care I have ever had - hands down. 5 stars through and through!

Needed a crown. Was going to be $1500, but if I bought the "Bumper to bumper" plan for $300 I could get $250 dollars off the crown and 2 "free teeth cleaning" in the next year. (Cleaning is about $120.)
Got the plan, went for first cleaning, and they wouldn't do it unless I paid $145 for one wisdom tooth "deep cleaning ". Then I got a future needed work cost estimate for $3100.

Dr. Bennion is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He and his assistant Gayle made me feel very comfortable while getting my dental work done. My hygienist Tierney is the absolute best and very gentle. I would highly recommend this office.

I called because my Insurance recommended you guys And I was very impressed that you let me come in made room for me the same day I was in a lot of pain thank you

I made an appointment with them to look at a tooth that had broken. They got me in fairly quickly to see what was going on. This was my first appt.there.
I saw Dr. Steele, she was very kind & professional. She told me it would need a crown.
I was able to get an appointment within 2 days to have that done. I went in for my appointment, and Dr. Steele explained the procedure to me. Now with the newer technology, they are able to do the procedure in one day. No temporary crowns! They scan the tooth and area around it. They have the machine that makes the crown, right there in the office. It is "fired" in their mini kiln, they come in and fit it before cementing it. They do the "finishing" on it & home you go. This is probably the best dental appointment I have ever had. Everyone there is very friendly, professional & caring. I was very impressed. I highly recommend 89A Dental.

They were AMAZING - patient, caring, explained what they were doing as they did it, accommodating my every need. And the results are excellent. Cannot be happier with them.

I spoke to some lady on the phone, I dont remember her name but she was very helpful. I needed to find a oral surgeon that provided IV sedation because I have a big fear of dentists and getting dental work done, and she was able to point me in the right direction rather than just saying something like "oh yeah I dont know, sorry. I only know what we provide".

When I am done getting my wisdom teeth extracted, I will be coming here to get all the rest of my work done. (fillings and such). Thank you to whoever I spoke to at 3: 55 on 10/7

I have to recommend 89A Dental Care. From the moment I called and spoke with Ricki. My appointment was scheduled and I was assisted by Daniella and Karen. Doctor Bennion evaluated my concerns. He was excellent! Extremely knowledgeable and professional! The customer assistance along with care and concerns have made me a loyal 89A Dental Care person. Thanks so much for making a trip to the dentist a little more comfortable!

Even during a pandemic they provided amazing care and took extra measures to make sure my family was safe. My son (3) had his appointment with Tierney. She did an amazing job making him feel comfortable while waring masks. He STILL talks about his appointment and says “Mom remember Tierney she is my favorite” Front office did a great job at getting us out quickly. Thank you guys!

I had a tooth extraction after not being able to afford insurance for several years. They were non judgemental and extremely helpful and kind. They don't belittle or make you feel bad for not being able to afford dental help. I will never go anywhere else and Dr. Bennion is the most soft spoken sweet man I've ever dealt with anywhere. He will make you feel comfortable and give you options if they exist. They will never pressure you into a procedure if you want other opinions. 10/10 best medical faculty ive dealt with anywhere in the 15 states i've lived. I would recommend them to anyone that lives in the tri-city area. I'd even drive down from flag or up from phx if I lived there to come here. Even their front desk associates are a step above the competition. Their hygienists are sweet and very knowledgeable. There is not a person here i wouldn't gladly see for help! Dr. Bennion is just my favorite. (No offense to the rest of the staff you are all exstordinary too!)

I have had teeth pulled, cleanings, a crown and now dentures. In the 10 years I have been going to 89A Dental, I have had the best experience. They are straight forward, really work hard to have the perfect plan in place and they always do it with kindness and a smile. This is my dentist for life! As I adjust to dentures, if I have a problem, I call or text and I'm seen right away.i recommend Dr. Howden, Dr. Stealer and Dr. Bennion for any dental needs.

I was very displeased with lack of accountability on behalf of 89A Dental. My wife and I have dental insurance and called 89A Dental to confirm that our insurance was accepted at this location and were told that it was. Upon my wife's arrival she was seen for a first visit with x-rays. At the end of her appointment she was told that our insurance was in fact not covered at that she owed $160 something dollars. This is essentially a bait and switch. The fact that this couldn't have been clarified during the first phone call verification or prior to treatment is garbage. Being told our insurance may reimburse us for this is unacceptable. Beware of this company and always verify coverage with your insurance prior to booking an appointment as this establishment's policy for clerical errors is OOPS, sorry.

Mom was nervous about finding a new dentist. 89A was recommended AND very close to mom's home. With all the traffic, having a close by dentist that you like makes such a happy difference. She got her problem addressed and made an appointment for further work. She loves that her dentist is also a woman ;)
