I really would not even give this one star. Worst place on Asu campus to live honestly worse than the dorms. I had maintenance come into my room Monday -Wednesday everyday for a whole semester, my roommate and I got our money back for the first semester of living here due to the fact that the coldest water we could get from august-March was 105 degrees. My roommate had burns on her arms, and after putting in water requests every week since august, our water was still not fixed. Might I add our pool and gym and STUDY room has been closed for the entire time we have lived year. So unorganized. I am honestly disappointed as when I head toward this place last year they made it seem like it was way better than it actually was, which is awful.

I was pretty excited when I moved into 922, it seemed like a pretty nice place with good amenities. The first month, the gym and pool were closed, that’s understandable with Covid and all. The second month, still closed, so I emailed the management team and asked when the pool and gym would open; I was told as soon as ASU opens everything up, they would open up the pool and gym. Well, ASU opened everything up about a month ago, every apartment building around us has everything open and yet our pool and gym are still blocked off and unusable. Highly disappointed considering it is pretty expensive to live here. OPEN UP THE AMENITIES WE PAY FOR.

EDIT: Noah, I appreciate you responding to my review, but it doesn’t change the fact that I am being charged $1,000 a month for a tiny room with no pool or gym access.

ASU students be careful about choosing this complex. They have had their internet down for months and they are no help. When you call the front desk to complain all they say is that they're working on it. Working on it for 2 months? 90% of classes at ASU are online only right now so what's the point of staying here if we cant even go to our online classes without having to go to campus and use their computer labs. Even trying to contact the manager, the front desk person said that I can "maybe" catch them in the mornings. How is the apartment manager maybe available? This place is all looks but no actual substance. University House or Rise seem like better locations.

The management of this place is poor. I went without internet for almost 3 months; the staff is so hard to reach. Either they are not available, or they are having lunch. Email responses are slow as well. The state has eased up on some restrictions; however, they refuse to open the gym, the pool, not even the printing services while all other apartments around us are open. I have been told they do not plan on opening any of the amenities this year. Honestly, if you are not going to let us use what we pay for, why not reduce the rent? This is daylight scamming.

PLEASE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY; I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE REVIEWS MORE SERIOUSLY DURING MY SEARCH! This place is more expensive compared to nearing apartments, and you do not get close to what you pay for.

The management team for this apartment complex is the worst. They're rude, entitled, and self-absorbed. During this leasing year (20-21), they made their package pickup times between 10 am - 2 pm when their leasing office is open from 9 am - 5 pm, which is absurd considering students have classes and life to attend to and cannot schedule things around when they're able to pick up a package. I went to the leasing office one minute after 2 pm and the two people in the leasing office did not even care to acknowledge my existence as I waited there for almost five minutes; the least they could've done was talk to me and asked why I was waiting. Instead, I watched one of them scroll through their phone for the entire time I was there, not even acknowledging the responsibilities of their position. This is not how residents should be treated by the people who are employed to help them, it is entirely unprofessional and essentially invigorating to residents. Not to mention, another time I was told my package was "lost" and the leasing employee looked for five minutes to tell me it was not there after I already showed her that it was stated as delivered. As I started to walk away, the woman behind the desk told me she had my package after being turned away. The fact that the leasing office and the desk assistant do not have a direct line of communication with each other to keep the business running smoothly is mind boggling as someone who has worked for four years directly with the public.
Another thing is that you cannot count on them to actually help you out when something is wrong with your living situation, whether it be your key fobs or something in your apartment. They have a gate to their parking lot, which is good to keep your car safe from those who don't live within the building, however, it took me multiple times going to the front desk and calling them for them to actually fix my key fob when it continued to not work. Their maintenance team is lack-luster, you have to file multiple requests before they even come to check on your apartment, which is invigorating in itself. The apartment came dirty, with multiple things wrong and broken and we've filed multiple maintenance requests from things wrong with our appliances to a door not locking correctly, compromising our quality of living and ultimately our safety with the lock.
Long story short, live here if you want to be constantly angry at the building management. They see us residents as cash cows and treat us as such. They lack professionalism, common respect and decency and push things off for as long as possible, even if it compromises the safety of the residents. 922 Place has a lot of work and training to do for their employees before they will actually make their residents happy.

Will find any reason to charge you. Selfish management, they do not care about helping their residents, they only care about making money. Terrible experience, Do Not live here.

I picked up a sub lease here for the summer and overall it’s an okay property - I didn’t get to use the amenities due to Covid, but they look cute in photos. The reason I’m rating this 1 star is the management! About 10 days ago I went to the office with a concern. Aimee, the office bookkeeper, was incredibly rude to me during our conversation. The language she was using was condescending and felt directed towards the color of my skin. She dismissed me by saying “this conversation is over” and turned and walked away into the office. Due to covid they have signs asking residents not to enter the office, which I completely understand and I always want to do my best to respect the health of others - unfortunately in this situation I felt like I had no choice as she walked away from me in the middle of the conversation. I walked in the office (with a face mask on) and asked if there was an actual manager to speak to. Aimee then came out and began raising her voice to speak over me and when I raised my voice as well she threatened to call the police. At this point I left and called the local non emergency police line to explain the situation and they explained my rights to me and let me know that she was in the wrong for threatening to call. I then called corporate to report the situation and emailed Larissa, the property’s general manager. Corporate assured me they would have Aimee issue an apology. I left the property because I felt so uncomfortable there. After about 10 days I had to reach back out to Larissa because I never heard from her or Aimee. The narrative has suddenly changed as Larissa is now telling me that she basically does not have the time to address my concern as she’s been out of the office for two weeks. I understand that not everyone understands the severity of facing racial profiling and it may not seem like a big deal to her but it was to me. Considering their website says they want residents to “find your place to love” I would think that customer satisfaction is a priority. I am just really disappointed at how unprofessional the staff here is.

Though the state has allowed the opening of pools, 922 continues to not let its residents use the pool. Apartments around us have. Doesn't look like they plan on opening any amenities this Summer.

Just woke up at 10am, go to shower and get ready for my job interview at 12: 00pm and we have no running water. We were never given any previous notice. I don’t understand how you can cut the water without any contact beforehand.

A great place to live for students with just a short walk to campus. The pool is great here along with a nice sand volleyball court. Maintanence does a good job with things they can fix and the leasing staff is amazing, always willing to help! Definitely recommend.

This is my third year renewing my lease at 922 Place. The elevators, lobby and hallways are always kept clean. Maintenance is always quick to solve any issues and never fail to greet you with a smile/conversation. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and makes 922 feel like a safe, welcoming home. Waffle Wednesdays and holiday lobby treats add to the welcoming environment of 922. Placing a special request for vegan options. Also, shout out to DANIELLE for being the goat.

Super nice and helpful staff and friendly maintenance workers. Only a short convenient 10-15 min walk to campus, clean gym, sand volleyball court and nice pool. Any issues we've had in the apartment, maintenance has been quick to fix them. Would recommend to any ASU students looking for an apartment close to campus.

I moved into this place pretty late and the staff was able to find me an accommodation with decent enough roommates and a good apartment considering I walked in to sign a lease in the beginning of April. The prices here are very competitive with those around them. 922 doesn’t have the flashiest amenities, but what they do have gets used and is well maintained. The building is VERY clean compared to when I lived at the rise last year. The pool is a great place to relax, I just wish they had possible more room to accommodate a few lore study rooms, but other than that I have had little to no issues.

Really close to campus. They accommodated an early move in for me and roommate matching worked out well! The office staff is attentive, my roommates and I already renewed our leases for next year.

An amazing apartment complex for the price. Management is super helpful from front office staff like Danielle to back office staff like Amy. They let you know what needs to be done, and give you enough time to pay or take care of certain situations. Our dishwasher broke on a Friday maintenance had a new one installed the following Monday. Just let them know what’s going on and they will help you. As a final note, don’t listen to the negative comments.they are probably fake.
