99 Cents Only Stores, Phoenix AZ

I shop here often but after today i will never walk into a 99 cent only store again, employees are very rude and obnoxious, he got into my childs face and yelled at him that is so wrong in so many ways, then argued with me, if i could rate the employees i would have given hin no stars, i will never be back again this was so uncalled for and disciplinary action should of taken its place, i spoke too the manager carl and he honestly didnt care one bit about his customer service or his employees being so rude, i will never be back again too this location or too any other location, i spend so much money in ttgis store every week and too be treated like that is so wrong, as of today i dont recommend anyone too this location.

Thought it was a “99 cent “ store lol they have variety of items at different price! I was confused. Place is still clean and some cashiers are friendly. ”SOME”.

I never walk in there and spend less then $50.00. They should have a point system like frys for discounts. I would love that.

Yes.i love the 99 Cent Only.it has great variety of unique items at an great price.i always go to the 99 FIRST! B4 i vencher to any other store because i know I'm going to save.you can't beat the savings

What I love about the 99 Cent Stores is they always have a lot of each item so if I want to buy 20 Sweet Tarts candies I can because they always make sure there's enough for me and everyone else these are the best stores that they could have ever made for people who don't have a lot of money they make it affordable for us to have food and cleaning supplies even hygiene this is my number one favorite store in the whole world

I love the 99 cents stores But this location was very dirty! The floors were filthy it made me feel very disrespected as a customer.

I don’t know, this store confused me a little bit. First, there are a lot of items labeled 1.99 and up when it supposed to be “99 cents only” and second, why do you need to deposit. 25 cents in order to use one of the shopping carts? It is really inconvenient if you do not have coins on you. Who came up with this ridiculous idea? Maybe this is a new thing

They were out of fry cat food today which is what I went to get. They are frequently out of things.

Great place for when you have to make gift baskets or bags, I got all my baby shower gift baskets stuff here for my daughters baby shower

Today was my first visit to your lovely store and I just loved it! Great products at affordable prices, happy/helpful staff. Will be shopping from here regularly.

Great store why pay more when you don't have too toys for kids then you buy at walmart they play one or 2 times and they put them aside i buy them bubbles and what ever looks cool and they love it.plus i get trash bags and houehold goods and stell save 30. - 40 dollars which is good. Too.

I like 99 mainly for pricing and variety, but only wish there were more stores near downtown Phoenix.

Great produce and deli selections and the prices are competitive, too. Best grocery store in my neighborhood.

The workers there had a very bad attitude, especially one girl and she made it known by the nasty look on her face. They really need to learn to have better customer service skills.

This place is a little run through from so much traffic but you can find great deals on items generic and known. Besides cleaning supplies and snacks they sell good groceries.

Cashier was rude didn't say thank you not smiling didn't engage conversation. It's the norm though. I don't understand why this is. Is it a lack in training, lazy management, etc?

! Since When did $. 99 only store not become $. 99 only? There were lots of things in that store that were way more than $. 99! They need to rename the store if they’re going to have stuff more than $. 99 at it

I found everything that I needed and extra, I was surprised at the prices. I recommend this store to my friends and family members to shop there.

They always have long lines and the name implies that everything is only 99 cents but most of the stuff is more than that. (1.99,2.99, and up). Plus their customer service isn't to good. I go there because they have a great produce section with great deals and because they have a nice security guard. He always smiles and says hi.
