99th and Camelback - Goodwill - Retail Store and Donation Center reviews
20The items are good. However, even with a lot of employees, there was only one register for a long line of people trying to pay.
Its organized and clean. They have furniture too. I like it. Good store to shop in. Friendly Staff there.
They are pricing most children's clothes the same as what you would pay for it at walmart might as well purchase new
Love Goodwill, but you do have too shop smart because sometimes the prices they put on things aren't much less than store prices. Then you just wait for the sale days.
The customer service has gone down hill at this location. One of the employees named Jamie is the worst.she has a horrible attitude and needs to be retrained in customer service.
It used to be where you could go to Goodwill and get a good deal that was their slogan giving back to the community. But now it seems that Goodwill's management fancies themselves at retail store.on multiple occasions when I've asked about a price of a certain object being too high they say that's what it goes for on eBay now last time I checked Goodwill was a thrift store not eBay. At least if I buy it from eBay I can purchase it through PayPal and if there's something wrong with it I get my money back not store credit. I really don't see why they have to price things so outrageously when the vast majority of their product is donated and then they have the audacity to ask you to donate at the register. From now on I will either source my stuff through offer up or eBay rather than to go to one of these soresuntil they come to their senses and I suggest all who read this do the same
Goodwills prices are getting crazy! They're wanting new prices on many of their used donated items. Very sad and greedy.
I go there every other Saturday for 50% off and I try to go on Thursdays too for dollar tag day if I got money but on 50% off days it get crazy there if u go from opening to noon it is crazy on 50% day later sat I when a lady almost knocked me down trying to hurry down the aisle I was on and didn't say anything to me when I said thanks you for that she didn't look at me or anything people can be rude at any sale it was just crazy like that lady though it was black Friday lol
Nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of clothing and other items. Prices are a little high tho.
This store seems to be less stock than other Goodwill. Staff is helpful and most of the time there is no waiting in line. Parking is not an issue. Again, not much to look at. Better off going to Northern & 83rd Ave or Dysart & Camelback Rd.
Expensive employees have poor attitudes rude. They think they're Nordstrom they don't know they're just a Goodwill everything they got in there they get for free there making 100% profit
Worst place to shop, employees are rude, not helpful at all and prices are way too high for used goods that are mostly broken or damaged, dont shop here.
A typical Goodwill store. I love to shop their 50% off days. It is hit or miss on finding what you want, however all good bargain shopping is that way. It is very rare that I walk out of here without purchasing something.
Clean store with excellent inventory selection! Especially the women's clothes, purses, toys and home decor. I can't wait for their next half off sale to return!
The prices here are good. I went in looking for crutches and a boot and they had both in the size I needed!
Over priced used items. Prices are almost as a regular store. I needed white clothes for baptism. 1 skirt, and one short sleeve t-shirt cost me $25! If Walmart had a white skirt I would not have bought from that Goodwill. Hated it
Best one I've been to in the state! Very clean, great customer, service, nice clean smelling bathroom, great clothes, excellent location!
I wasn't looking for anything in particular, but I did find some useful things that were second hand at great prices. The store was clean, and the staff were pleasant and very helpful.
Clothes were definitely not organized by size.sizes were mixed in with each other. It was clearly marked size 16 and size 10 was there. Our cashier was nice and the store was fairly clean.besides the kids area.but all goodwill are like that.
