Gave me a good price for a used part i couldn't return. Seem like rough but honest & knowledgeable guys.

Don’t waste your hard earned money on ANY products from them. Had issues within days of purchasing the second W/D set from A-1Ted’s (because the fist set held up for a long time). They dragged their feet through the whole six month warranty to repair/replace parts. Horrible customer service across the board. You’re better off getting used appliance’s off of OfferUp or FB’s Marketplace. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

Extremely responsive and answered all phone calls quickly. I had to replace my in wall oven, stove top and microwave. The very next day after I called I had Nick and Kevin come over and swap out the old appliances with the new ones. They did an excellent job and left the house better then they found it. I highly recommend Nick and Kevin. Good honest professional workers.

This is the place to go for nice used appliances at very reasonable prices. The staff we've dealt with have been really great to work with.

STAY AWAY! This company or whatever you want to call it is a JOKE! Done with them! They are horrific in communicating! They string you along. I am going on “months” probably more than 6-8 months with no resolution, but hey, they took my $800 plus no problem! No return calls, no resolution at all. Not worth my time anymore! Just please, STAY AWAY from them, they are awful and unreliable and have no clue what they are doing! I will be reporting to the BB&B! Oh and just you wait…their response to this post and feedback will be even funnier, they are rude and ruthless in their responses! Please review previous responses and reviews Wish I would have known!

I've gotten a couple of used machines here and they've lasted well over a year and still going strong!

Totally great experience with them. Dropped by the get a washer and dryer, had a Saturday drop off set and they came through. Couldn't be happier with delivery and installation, he was great.

An online company had sent me the wrong auger for my ice maker. We took it down to A1 and on short notice and almost closing time to see if they could do anything. They quickly figured out what modifications needed to be made to make it work and took care of it right then and there. Charge was very reasonable. They stayed open after hours to complete the work. My 1st time to use A-1 and will never go or call for home service anywhere else for any appliance needs as long as they continue giving such top notch service!

I have a washer and dryer I want to sell. I emailed and called, but never received a response.

Great service, fast and easy delivery of my washer same day and installed for great price. Great tech who knew how to do his job and gave advice about care and maintenance of the appliance.

I bought a washer and dryer from them about 1 year ago. About a month into having the dryer, it stopped spinning. They offered a 6 month warranty on their appliances. So naturally, I called. Spoke to the son, and said someone would call and set something up. Never heard from anyone. I literally had to call 4 more times until finally someone showed up. It seems like they were waiting for my warranty to expire. Moving ahead to December of 2020 - I decided, I will try them again. All I need is to have my dishwasher and Fridge services. I called two days ago and the same guy, I believe the son, said someone would come by same day and call. Still no call. Tuesday went by, no call. It's now Wednesday 2 pm, no call. I am really unsure how this company stays in business not calling their customers back? I called another company and they are coming out tomorrow. I will never use A - 1 Teds Appliances again. PS - I wouldn't even give this company one star, I had to other wise it wouldn't let me post my review.

Called so many places for a dryer, all said a week or more, Ted's got a dryer to me that day!

Person I spoke too said they bought appliances. Sent him photos of mine he gave me offer. Said they would be by to pick it up next day or so. Didn't hear phone same day they wanted to get it. So finally set a day they would be able to get it. Never showed. Called said he would get it on another day we set. Never called or showed. Spoke with him again said he would call back never did. I ended up selling it to private party. But thing is communication. Apparently they lack it there or even if you didn't want to buy it just say so. Don't best a person around with false promises. Im guessing this is how they normally do business. I've delivered appliances for 20 years. I would never treat customers this way without proper communication. I don't recommend this place at all.

They helped me find a new washing machine and delivered it the same day, and took away my old one. Super friendly and helpful!

The used appliances are pretty good and they have a 1 year warranty, however.yup, there's a however.they don't deliver when they say they will. I bought appliances twice and both times they never showed up on the day they said they would.
