This business just towed the car of a volunteer doing stray cat care in the dead of night, who was parked perfectly legally. Absolutely inane way to conduct a “business”

Apparently no one like this company, no wonder.plate tags have not been sent to our new address, how you take a vehicle if you can't access mvd record on license plates.

This towing company steals cars. The fact that they still operate is a huge failure of local government.

These people stole my car out of my girlfriends apt complex parking lot. Then they told me I could come pickup my belonging then when I finally got a ride down there the rude receptionist told me I couldn't get my belongings. I lost all my tools that I bought. I hope they go up in flames honestly. There low life's preying on the pour.

This company is doing illegal tows, by Arizona Law "Lien Law" bill. It states in private property if the vehicle owner is present and willing to move vehicle no exceptions the person towing the vehicle must release vehicle without a fee. They tried to take advantage of my mother and what they did is illegal. Also the same bill states a towing company unless it was towed by police, they cannot hold your vehicle for non payment they must release the vehicle with your ID, otherwise it it a Felony Vehicle Theft they are committing. Ask them to send you a bill and release your vehicle. They illegally towed my mother vehicle and tried to bill her $200, my mom parked and the tow truck was lurking around because 1 min after getting out of the car he reversed his tow truck and started towing my mother's vehicle, my mom was present and willing to move vehicle and they refused to release the vehicle that was illegal what they did as it states in the Arizona Lien Law Bill. If the bill $200 is not removed we will be taking further action the company will get in trouble for illegal towing.

Terrible company. Unjustly towed my son's car and then damaged the car's tire.and won't do anything about it.

Called them and they showed up an hour later to tow an abandoned vehicle on one of my properties! Super helpful.

A crooked company who will take down your company's signs and put their own signs up without asking! I would give zero stars if I could!

Scammers. Towed my car for overnight parking before 11pm, went to my car at 11: 30 and it was gone. Rude, horrible people. No stars just needed to vent about how horrible this company is.

They will not allow you to get your car out on Saturdays or Sundays, but they still charge for these days. When I asked why I couldn’t get my car over the weekend I was told it’s because they don’t want to deal with “crazy people” referring to the woman ahead of me in line.

Absolutely useless. This company is licensed through my apartment and any call after 8pm goes to a full voicemail informing you to call the after hours number. The problem is that was the number I called!

Liars and thieves! They said they don't go inside peoples cars but when I got my car the doors were UNLOCKED and things were MISSING!

A&b towing is a joke they are contracted with the apartment complex we live in when someone park's in our paid parking spot a&b towing will not answer the phone and on the off chance they do the tow truck never arrives EVER very unprofessional
