Firstly when I went in the store to order, I sat down at this woman's desk and she answered the phone instead of helping me. When I asked her if I should go somewhere else she replied Oh, did you need something. Should have been enough of a red flag to go somewhere else. When order was picked up was short some linen and one of the tables was completely unusable. Whn I called to complain woman acted as though I was a huge inconvenience. Went back to rental place. Was yelled at by a man to get to the end of the line. Never any apologies for the inconvenience. Very rude and poor customer service

Great place to rent equipment from if you don't have a business or contractor licence that it required at so many other rental places. They also rent some specialty stuff that other places don't have that can make life a lot easier, good customer service as well.

My hubby rented a jack hammer to take down our drive way. And said they have really excellent customer service. We are big on companies that take care of customer and have good customer services. Very pleased and we will be going back to rent few more things in couple of weeks. Definitely would recommend this place to friends and family.

A to Z is great. Whether you need to rent equipment to get the job done or get something repaired, they have you covered. Been a customer for over 6 years and keep coming back!

This was a wonderful place. Great, personable and fun people! I needed a pool pump and some hose and they delivered! You can even buy their products for good prices! I will definitely be back for all my home renovations!

They made it happen! I needed a 16ft ladder to hang a light fixture in a house. They brought it to my house and then took it away. No fuss no muss and great people.

I have been renting a power rake from A-Z Rentals for years. I have always had a demonstration of how to operate the rake prior to it being loaded into my vehicle. The rake always does what I need without an issue. On returning the power rake to A-Z; someone is always there to help take it out of my vehicle. Price has increased over the years but so has everything else.

Very nice store real good customer service the person that deal with me help me with all my needs his name was Jeff I'll recommend him to anyone that's go there I will be using them again to rent any machinery
