Very informative class! Learned a couple things I never knew after many years in law enforcement.

Training is very professional you learn a lot by both instructors they go above and beyond to teaching extra other things for different scenarios will recommend to anybody

Everything I asked for and more. Professional experience. Glad I went through the training with instructors I was able to understand. They were respectful, provided me with all the information and more that. That being written notes or in person examples. Hands on and digital. Great class. Down field range was excellent as well.

Currently have covid 19 and was scheduled a training class today, called to reschedule and dealt with a very rude and unprofessional individual. I will never deal with this company again, nor recommend anybody to them, I should have just went to the class with covid 19 and keept it a secret instead of being out 60 bucks thanks for the help a to z security

First off the command staff don't care, or don't think twice. Before shaving minutes off when you clock in or out. Second you'll never meet the owners of the company. Just the command staff. And that's the third issue. The command staff and Sergeants don't seem too bright, and definitely are not organized. They lose track of schedules, they over schedule employees without realizing it. That's captain Cruz. They micro manage, and they'll bad mouth there own employees to there clients. When they think there employees don't qualify enough. That kinda felt like a weasel move. But whatever. And just to be clear that was sergeant Edwards. I personally saw this on camera.l then you got sergeant sleepy/creepy witch is Edwards and Goodwin. Who have bin caught multiple time on camera falling asleep on site or acting inappropriate towards staff at ANS Dispensary in Mesa AZ. And the fourth thing. They'll try and rope you in to a contract. Thats basically the most one sided agreement I've ever seen. At least when I signed it they wore giving a bonus with it, that I had to remind them about. But hey they still payed so no complaint there. But that old news they don't even do that for there new employees anymore. Another reason they got upset with me is cause I kept telling new hires that. Now they make you sign a contract and if anything goes wrong it'll all fall on you. And it won't be cheap. The only person in there command staff that was actually worth it. Sergeant Dunahoo. We might've not always seen eye to eye. But I always felt like out of all the sergeants and command staff. He did his job professionaly. And was probably the only one that might've notice I was and honest worker and might've at least respected me. But yeah that it. All in all. This company has great clients. And if your lucky you get to work next to them and keep there employees safe and happy. But as a security company on it own. Its trash.

Amazing company to work for. Awesome communication they always answer the phone if I need support or have questions. Like the other reviews they make you feel like family. They have great posts to work at. Every supervisor I've ever come across has been great. Legit company unlike others that I've come across it my security career

Terrible dispatch supervisor visits that ride and breath down your neck on site. Make you feel uncomfortable working. Pointless awkard conversation about your duties over and over again. Waiting for you to right you up for ever little thing. Unessessary hours spent with criticizing and asking private question about person life. Don't bother with this company to hassle you.

We are very impressed with the service we have been provided by A to Z Security Services. We have noticed a big difference since they took over from the previous security company.

Used to love this place until got new security
They choked my fiance dont go in there u might get assaulted and cussed at.totally unprofessional and hot tempered and these guys have guns? Amazing! They should have a psych eval. Wont be back.and this place most convenient which is shame, sorry but bc of this guy jeff, you guys just lost dedicated loyal patients.

This is the best security company that I have ever worked for. They really care about their employees. They treat their employees like family. They have alway been there for me when i needed them and they never made me feel bad about it our complained about it. I love this company. This is a company that i never mind working for everyday and some.

I felt as if I was treated unfairly as an employee. I got terminated from the company because I felt uneasy about signing a one year binding contract for a specific site. I had asked if they had anything that I didn't have to make a one year commitment to and they told me to just hand in my uniforms because if I didn't feel comfortable with the one year contract then I had no business being there. I even made it clear to the company that I was not going to be living in Arizona for a full year unpon the initial interview. As an employee I felt I was treated poorly.

Great company you get paid every time on time. The people that run the business make you feel like family. Great experience all around whether you're looking for part-time work or a career in security.
