Andrew with A1 Garage Door was very knowledgeable & professional. They were able to come out and service my garage door the same day I called. I would recommend them and will use them if the need arises in the future.

I am very impressed with A1. I needed a garage door realigned right away. I called A1 in the morning on December 23rd. They were able to get me an appointment at 1 pm that same day. Danny came over and immediately noticed that the door, where it is attached to the garage door opener was about to rip out. He had the parts available and put an extra brace all the way across the top of the door. After I paid and he was taking some photos of the door, he noticed something that needed adjustment and went back to the van, grabbed some tools and readjusted it. Danny is fantastic! I would absolutely give them more than 5 stars if I could. I highly recommend them!

My technician Cody W.was amazing! As a single mom I was very stressed out and overwhelmed because I wasn’t sure what the issue was with my garage door and didn’t want to have “jargon” used that I didn’t understand. Cody took the time to not only explain to me in simple terms my issue but also showed me the concern in such a way that set me at ease. He had a great upbeat personality attitude and was very professional. His service alone would make me refer my family and friends to this company. In both of my interactions with the company I give it kudos for their great customer service and knowledgeable technicians!

I was super-impressed with my technician Alec and his knowledge about garage doors and openers, and his professionalism. I will be asking for him in the future when I need tune-ups. Although I ended up spending more than I had originally anticipated, I'm satisfied that the quality of the work done was top-notch and that my garage door is in far superior shape than prior to Alec's visit. What a great company. The tech came out and adjusted the cabels under previous work. He also suggested new rollers as mine were pretty bad cluncking/wobbling.

No pressure and gave me 2 price options, which both were very reasonable priced.

I highly recommended them for any of your garage door needs!

Corey was amazing! He called to let me know he was running early and inquired if it would be convenient for me if he came earlier than the scheduled appointment time. I said yes, and he arrived within the revised window he’d communicated.

He was very polite, courteous and professional. I had 3 issues that needed to be addressed, and he knocked out the first two in no time flat. The third issue took quite a bit of time, because it turned out I was repeatedly giving him the wrong wifi password! He probably wanted to throttle me, but he NEVER lost his patience and continued to be very polite and professional. Once my error was discovered, Corey assured me this happens often and I shouldn’t feel bad. What a nice young man.

We had a problem with our keypad on a Saturday night, and a very kind and capable technician came out around 10: 00. He was very professional, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the keypad. If this is where the story ended, A1 would have received a five star review. He then told me he needed to examine the garage door. He told me it was unsafe and would have to install braces on the door…to the tune of $800. He told me that we would need a replacement ASAP and gave me a catalogue of doors, and as we plan on staying in the house for a long time, the price we were looking at was about $4K—money I don’t have. I called another smaller company and a technician installed a garage door for $1,400. He told me that the braces that A1 had installed would have cost me $200 with his company. If you are like me and don’t know much about garage doors, be aware that smaller companies can do the work more cheaply. I’m so thankful that I didn’t have A1 change our doors.

Oh, that other technician also taught me how to open the door from my phone. Why wouldn’t the guy from A1 have taught me that?

Never expected my Garage door breaking down last evening. Thank goodness for A1 service arriving within 15 minutes of my call this early morning. Justin from A1 found the spring broke in half and both cables broke off too. I bought this home in June 2021 with having Inspection done and finding they overlooked many things in this home including my garage door that apparently finding the cracked rollers that need ed replacement and also original owners of the home took off one spring possibly having some repair done the cheap way around this leaving door operation with 1 that does put stress on the opening and closing. Justin from A 1 I highly recommend this young man with great Customer Service was efficient checked every and all parts to be sure they are operational got the job done well! He was.god sent for sure! Thank you again A 1. For being there for me and looking back about 4 yrs ago you were also whom I chose to fix my garage door in Ahwatukee. Even great company service then!:)

Great Job Devin! He was very thorough with his discussion of warranty options, his work, and when he was explaining to me what he was finding wrong or what still looked brand new. Great attitude, smiled all the time so you know he likes his work. Give this man a RAISE! Thank you again!

Great overall service. The tech Christopher D.did a great job replacing my broken spring and gave me some good recommendations to extend the life on my garage opener. Very friendly and understanding tech, really appreciate the work done by Christopher D.and A1. Definitely recommend Christopher D.as your technician if you can request him, one of the best experiences I’ve had in repair services. He was very sociable and knowledgeable which made the whole experience much better. He talked me through the whole process and I didn’t feel nervous asking questions, very understanding individual.
