Arnie was wonderful. He arrived a little early, explained everything, gave me some options, and and timelines for each option. He.made the requested repairs and left estimates for other options for future reference.

Awesome company! I had my garage door opener replaced and I thought I wanted this one model but the general manager suggested a different one based on my door and it ended up being much cheaper and still had all the functionality I wanted. The installer technician recommended new rollers and told me that was likely why the old one kept breaking so I had him put those on and it's so much smoother. I had thought I needed new trim but he said I really didn't so it saved me a ton of money! Door works great and everybody in the office and the installer were skilled and very professional. Happy homeowner here!

Arnie was on time and professional. He did an inspection and recommended new rollers which I didn’t want to spend more $ but I did see that the old ones were bad. The door is operating very well and much more smoothly than previously.

Sent a text through the company’s chat on a Sunday evening. I received an auto reply that hour were closed and someone will reach out the next business day. Ten minutes later I received a text from company to inquire as to product and service I was looking for. Two techs came out the next morning at 0800 and we finished within 90 minutes. This was a complete install and setting up keypad and remotes. Very professional and upfront. Work was clean and system explained.

Cory from Legends was very personable, took time to fully explain everything and did an excellent job. Cory also took time to explain all of my options from a DIY solution, to his professional install. Without exaggeration, in every detail, a great customer experience.

Arnie from legends garage door was fabulous. He did a complete assessment of my door. He did not try and sell me more than I needed. He was thorough and very helpful. I would recommend this company to my friends and family if they have garage door issues. Thank you Arnie!

This is a great company I’ve used them before in the past and was very happy with them. Jeff came out this week and changed my broken garage door opener. It is a high-quality opener and it is so nice to have my garage door working again. I recommend this company to others.

I used legends to replaced garage door first time. They did quality job. Professional and knowledgeable. Recently used the to replace rail and the install new unit. Again solid quality work and knowledgeable.

Arnie the installer was very nice and I give him 5 stars. However, the quote for a spring replacement was more than double what the office estimated even after sending them a photo. I paid the service call fee but feel ripped off for that. I ended up hiring someone else who did the same job for half.

EDIT after company response:
1) I sent you guys a photo beforehand so you knew it was a Torquemaster and needed converting.
2) I got the same exact work done by a licensed company with a 5yr warranty for $794 (including rollers), not the $1500+ you quoted me.

Great looking garage.got installed over a year a ago & have been trying to get ahold of them for the past 6 months to come out & fix a bolt that they didn’t fully tighten… (now my garage won’t open all the way) & it’s now past their year warranty & they’re wanting a 89$ to come do what they should have done months ago for free! I reached out multiple times & never got a response

Jeff and his training helper did a great job installing the new garage door opener and was very informative about the new opener. He also took the time to help set up the garage door on the app and in my vehicle. I appreciate the good help! Thanks

Arnie arrived an hour before the appointment sent a text and called when he was at my door. Very professional very polite and friendly explained Three choices with three prices that were options. Finished in an allotted time frame explained all the finished details with me. Appreciate his patience and detail. Extremely satisfied with work and technician.

Been using legends for over 12 years, five different properties. Always courteous, great responsiveness and quality service. Had a door come off the track after a camping chair got stuck in the upwards movement, bent the rails and did some damage. Made a phone call, got a tech out the next day, email and sms notification, got sent a link to know where the tech was as they were on their way to me and had the door repaired within the time allotted. Could not be more happy! Thanks C&M, you folks rock!

My garage door was working, but needed maintenance to function smooth and quiet. Arnie did that and so much more. He adjusted the springs, replaced the rollers and corrected multiple issued with alignment.some of which were correcting the original installation short-comings. I contacted Legends over the weekend, got a call back first thing Monday morning and Arnie was here today (Tuesday). I appreciate the fast service, excellent communication (via status text and emails), and amazing service.

First I would like to just brag on how wonderful Legend Garage Door is just an amazing. I met them at the Home and Garden show when it was at Cards stadium in the fall of 2021. My garage got stuck in the up position, it just would not come down. I called the manufacturer for some help the the wait time was 3 hours then I remembered about the home and garden show. I call them and they were out the next day fixing my door. The door works like a dream. It is so much more silent then before. If you use there service the guy you want to ask for is Arnie he is the best of the best. Arnie will take wonderful care of you. Guys for your garage needs please call Legend let them take care of you.

The technician that came out to repair our garage was very professional- I was a little worried it’s so hot out and he was in the garage with door closed at times! Definitely recommend this company for your garage door issues

First off the repair guy was on time!
Friendly and efficient. He wasted no time in getting the new garage door opener approved right then. No going back and forth delaying the repair.

New opener was installed and tested same day!
Highly recommend them.

I've been using Legends since 2010, just had a repair done, called this morning they were here within 2 hours, I know that's not something they can normally deliver but it was super appreciated they had a cancellation and jumped right on mine, I would highly recommend Legends to anybody needing garage door service! Jeff was awesome, very polite, very knowledgeable, and very quick to complete the job.

I had an appointment to have a technician come to my house & check out the electrical "sparking" sounds I heard, from my garage door opener. Jeff Morgan was the technician that came.

He contacted me, to see if he could come at 2pm instead of 3, which was great. He was on time & not only found the problem, fixed it. But he also fixed the wheels, that had been making a
terrible SQUEAKY sound for years!
