UPDATE: Broker's response to my review is about my business policy, not my homeowners. Policy was canceled and reinstated several times because auto pay was never set up because the policy was never set up correctly, so I wasn't ready to commit with auto pay. Also, most of this businesses 5 star reviews are from their friends.

Broker is clueless. Literally clueless. Safeco drops our homeowners policy so you think the broker would reach out even if they can't help as a good faith effort. Nope. Find someone who actually cares instead of pretends to.

I always thought insurance brokers were a joke, gave Eric a shot to quote me after a friend said he saved them money and he cut mine by 300 every 6 months definitely worth it.

Changing insurance companies and dealing with Eric was very easy and he handled everything. Provided a better policy and saved me some monies to continue to caffeine addiction. Will continue to do business.
