AAA Cooling Specialists got right back to me at 5PM and had Mike out to my house by 7PM. Mike spent the time to get to know our issue and do everything he could to resolve it before he left. Excellent customer service. Friendly, efficient and curtious call center. 113 degree afternoon when AC went down. Had a technician at my door within a few hours. I was given a complete profile of my tech prior to his arrival so I had a some level of comfort, and expectations before he arrived. Michael showed and had me up and running in no time.
