After trying for a week half to get coverage and going through 5 different agents I finally got my insurance all I was doing was adding a vehicle to my policy. Employees never calling you back, me having to be on top of these employees being told 50,000 different things it seems, by the time everything was said and done I still didn’t get my glass coverage on my policy and now my man windshield is destroy even though the supervisor Manny and Aricelli tried to get the owner to take care of the issue pay for the windshield due to the inconvenience lack of good employees following through owner still said no! Therefore this why I am leaving such a negative review DONT COME TO THIS COMPANY PAY THE $10-$20 difference through Better company’s in my case State Farm taking over our policy and it was easy smooth transition and it’s only going to cost us 220.00 a month full coverage and what do you know glass too with roadside. Don’t wast your time or money here you will regret it your money will be valued much better Else where

Worst customer service ever! Record your calls with anyone you talk to, they give false information and is a struggle for them to own up to their mistakes! Every month is always something with this company.

Rude customer service, employee name Liliana answered my call and hung up on me. After calling 5xs after she picked up again and placed me on hold and literally never came back on the line. Very unprofessional, ppl like her should not have a job

The guy there "manager" in the desk on the right needs a class or two of customer service.
