I have an insurance agent (Karla) that I have been using at AALL for 5 years now and she is FANTASTIC at making sure that I am taken care of insurance wise with the best price! This time around Karla was off and I needed insurance in a hurry and i called AALL and spoke with Lizbeth Chavez who help me with getting insurance on a car that I recently bought and she was AWESOME! She provided the best price and was helpful answering any questions that I had.

They set me up with a company. Company tried saying i didnt have money in my account when 300+$ been in my account. Tried raising my quote to add back to direct pay an additional 20+$ for the rest of me having it. Not cool no emails nothing

After going to many insurance places and some of them been rude I finally came to AALL on 48th st and southern and the lady Edna was so helpful and patient with me and not only that, she gave me the best price as well. I was really satisfied with the professional customer service Edna provided me. I highly recommend everyone to go there and have her help you. Such a great experience!

Slow.girl told me to wait as she was helping someone on the phone make a policy (loved hearing about their accident history though). All these offices.and the receptionist tells me this.ridiculous.
