Their the best been with them for about 5 years now and I've not EVER had an issue at all bought a stove and a washer and dryer great products thank you great service and always greeted with family service

Friendly staff, great options to select from. I like the convenience of renting to own, also like you can pay item (s) off early!

Our washer went bad so I went in on a Friday and was told it would be delivered on Saturday Gilbert the store manager called me earlier in the day and said even though his delivery guy was injured he would deliver the washer after he closed the store and he came through in flying colors great place and even the employees go out of there way to make there customer happy very pleased with them and I will be going back in the future

Manager and employees very rude I have got called multiple times from them looking for someone I know.the person who called me and hung up I car back to speak to a manager and got put on a 7-minute hold I hung up and recalled ask to speak to a manager answer the phone in a very rudly manner. And hung up on me I called to get manager's name she wouldn't tell me she stated I must know the person they're calling for which I don't, I asked her to put it in your system that this is a new number new owner and again got hung up on the reviews they have are from their family member or friends.stay away

James was a way better manager and made sure everything was right and that his employees were very helpful to customers whomever is in charge now has it running like a circus the only one who can do their job right is the delivery guy they need to fire everyone and start off fresh I will be taking my business else where.

I was Aarons customer for a long time but time has change and I wasnt happy with them at the end

Destiny had her hands full, but handled every customer with grace and full attention. Clearly, this is not her first rodeo. Also, the service was quick and really saved us a headache. Our fridge went out on a holiday weekend and the repair guy wouldn't be out for 4 days. It would have cost us much more than this 1st payment in the loss of food alone.

Whoever is in charge now needs to get it together or seriously put someone else in charge. And train whoever you’re in charge for to be more people friendly. All of the employees think they can talk to the customers however they want. If you don’t like to assist people or answer there questions and give them what they need they’ll other jobs (DESTINY) is very rude it hasn’t happened once but a couple times she needs to lose the attitude.

I see all these bad comments about Arron’s, I have been a Arron’s customer for about 3-4 years now. James and Terry are on top of their game. Never had a issue, always worked with me if I was late.

Oh my goodness I have never been into this store but Lydia is amazing! She went above and beyond.
